I reserved and prepaid for a King Suite. When i checked in, I was told there were no suites available and was given a King Room. Thought when you prepay for a room, you're guaranteed the type of room reserved. Not pleased.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport. Hotel offers breakfast but we did not have a chance to try it.
Very strong smell of cleaning products. Bathroom was not cleaned well.
Overall 3,5 stars.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when flying out of SeaTac and always had a great experience, this stay was definitely a one off because our room was awful! We must have got a very old outdated room that hadn’t been used in years.. no lamps on nightstands just one big light for the whole room, the smallest flat screen tv we’ve ever seen, extremely hard bed, hair left on shower floor, also they left us less than half a roll of toilet paper so we had to go ask for another roll. Again, this wasn’t the norm but definitely a bad stay.

Surprisingly up to date, clean, friendly & comfortable. I expected a LOT LESS when I made the lower cost reservation. Instead it was great. The airport shuttle was very prompt too. So good I booked it for the return trip without hesitation.

The decoration of the hotel was very pretty it matched with the decor in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable room was very clean. I was very pleased with my stay. I will stay there again.

They provide an excellent level of service for all your travel needs. This is a very good value hotel.
Angle lake Station, the southern terminus of Link light rail line 1, is within a 10-minute walk, making public transportation convenient. You can get to downtown Seattle in about 40 minutes.
The hotel staff were also very friendly and willing to provide any assistance I needed. I would choose this place again if I stay near SeaTac Airport.

Very small and crowded parking lot. Very small rooms. The bathroom door lock did not work. Only one entrance to the entire hotel. Everything else was okay.

Good stay in preparation for your flight. The hotel had everything I wanted, free breakfast, shuttle to the airport and underground, secured parking.

It was very nice. The lady when I checked in upgraded my room to a king size bed so I could sleep and have comfort. It was wonderful.

I just needed a place to stay for the night and the Sleep Inn was nice. The room was no frills but it was clean, the bed was super comfy, and it was quite. They have a good breakfast in the morning and the staff at the front desk are very nice. Kevin had me all set before I walked in and was quick to respond
to my texts for pick up.

Really enjoyed my one night stay for an overnight layover in Seattle. The courtesy airport shuttle made everything so easy. The beds are comfortable and the room is nice and cool.

Booked for overnight due to an early morning flight. The front desk clerk was efficient and friendly. The room was clean though somewhat dated. The 3:40am shuttle was on time and warm. Everything I needed.

Front desk staff ignore guests, focus on their screens; are unaware of add-on requests made on line (that system doesn’t work at all); and don’t give names or wear name tags so guests can’t identify anyone. Your review request is too late: There was no mechanism for guest feedback during my 5 day stay.

It was exactly what we needed. We had an early flight, and since we live over an hour away from the airport we wanted a close and convenient place to stay, with a reliable and predictable shuttle service. This was perfect!

For that price, beds were comfy and clean. The staffs were all super helpful and kind. They don’t provide glassware, which I need to use to heat up my baby’s milk. The receptionist lady was quick witted and gave me a glassware from the office. Thank you so much, you don’t know how grateful I am from your help and gesture :)

All I can say is, I'll stay in this hotel anytime when I'm Seattle. Location is perfect for airport, downtown, shopping and dining. It's safe and there staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Only a few minutes from the airport via shuttle. Very clean, updated facility. Comfortable bed. There for one night but perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Waited 40 min for the airport shuttle in the cold; front desk used traffic as the excuse while google map is showing 14 min one way to the airport and 8 min back. Oh just FYI walking time from the airport to the hotel is just 44 min. Totally defeats the purpose of booking a property near and airport for a late night arrival.
