From the moment we arrived Katie looked after us so well. What an ambassador for your company. Well done
Breakfast was as expected ( hot simple food). Room had areas (under coffee machine, at the back of bedside cabinets) that had not been cleaned for some time. Still hadn’t 4 days later by the time of our next stay. None of that spoiled our enjoyment. We’d definitely book again

I like this hotel. It’s convenient for what we were doing. It’s across from the Southwest Diner which is amazing. My only complaint would be the bed was a bit too hard for us. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!

The building was dated and not improved. Our beds were hard. The blankets were very thin. The pillows were nice. The shower and sink drained very slow. Our TV volume didn’t work. Staff tried to fix it but then the tv didn’t work at all. The breakfast was mediocre and on last of 4 days we were there, a tour bus was there at opening and completely devoured all the food. There was NOTHING left. Management did nothing to compensate the guests

We were bot told that the hot tub was not in service. Hotels are quickbto charge for rextras but sure don't give tou a prive break when one of the hotel amenities is not working.

Really great rooms in a nice little town. Rooms were clean. Pillows super comfy. Felt clean and updated. Great water pressure in the shower. The people at the front desk were very nice. There was ice water and coffee available there too. The surrounding area is really nice too. You are in walking distance of restaurants and cute shops. We would definitely stay here again.

For context, my husband and I were doing a roadtrip so our hotels had to be 3 things: clean, quiet & safe.
Hotel was essentially a glorified motel, everything was locked overnight but our room had gaps around the door??
It was just a bit odd. Why lock the pool up and have vouchers for breakfast but not invest in properly fitting doors? Especially given that once you’re outside your room you’re outside of the hotel too. Made us a bit worried from a safety point of view.
The room was clean but really dark, furniture was tired & a bit dated.
Because of the gaps around the door and with it being an open corridor/motel style set up the noise from the road was horrendous.
All in all not necessarily awful but we only stayed 1 night as we got a good deal at another hote that ticked all our boxes.
If you’re away with work and you’re a heavy sleeper go for it but it wasn’t worth what we paid in comparison to other hotels on our trip.

Because it was raining, the outside entrance was inconvenient, but everything else was good. The bed was also a little hard for us. Breakfast was very nice.

Hotel was great very clean and very comfortable we did a staycation for Valentines day had dinner from Tonys pizza on the boulevard and had breakfast at The Cup we love Boulder we had such a great time.. the only inconvenience we had was for check out i guess there was some miscommunication because i had asked for a late checkout when we checked in was told there was extra charge which we were completely ok with but we had housekeeping and front desk calling us about our check out time the next morning i was a little annoyed over this because this should've been communicated... other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We specifically booked this hotal because of the indoor pool, only to be told that the pool was closed for the season, worse was that the staff were instructed by the management to lie that they could not change information on Expedia, but it also appeared that own website that there was a pool, so new management has not done the job very well, in addition Music in speakers outside just below our room, we chose a hotel away from Las Vegas to have peace, but there we were wrong, price and quality unfortunately did not match.

Our room had alot of issues . The TV wouldn't turn on with the remote, I had to call the front desk to come over and turn it on manually, she stated this happens alot and left. Once I turned the TV off, I couldn't get the it turned back on. I tried several times to turn it on manually but gave up frustrated. The room next to us was so loud that I still hear everything they said even with my earplugs in!! Finally at 1am they quit. Lastly, after a rough night, a nice hot shower sounded good before breakfast. I tried for 15 minutes for hot water, thinking it needed time to heat up and what I got wasn't close to pee warm water. We decided to check out and mentioned our issues to the front desk person who got a bit defensive instead making note to the room issues. My overall experience was terrible, for the amount of money you pay for the hotel, taxes, etc., a quiet room, comfortable bed and a hot shower is not to much to ask for. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Booked this over a cheaper neighboring property due to the amazing pool pics on your site. Got there and the Pool was closed until spring. It’s an indoor pool so this makes no sense. Room was clean and ok but nothing amazing

We were very pleased, only problem were the mattresses were not very comfortable. We also suggest that the light switch for the bathroom be on the right side of the door rather than the left, my husband using his cane struggled to find the light switch. I forgot to bring our motion light to help when we are in a different environment. We were very pleased with our over-all experience.

They didn't even have the handicap room I booked told me the third party I booked with never told them about it

This hotel advertised an indoor pool that would quote "be great for parents when its cold outside." But when we areived the pool was closed for the season, there isn't anywhere on the website that says the indoor pool closes for the season. The pool is the only reason I booked this place. The beds were hard as rocks, it was so still that if you flopped down to hard you would hurt yourself. Housekeeping kept passing our room up even though I signed a form stating I wanted housekeeping everyday. The only thing I liked about this place was the free breakfast. But I will never be going back.

Breakfast is good and the woman who serves is especially attentive to detail. The pool and hot tub are seasonal, closed for winter. Walls fairly thin: you can hear the TV in the adjacent room. Felt safe, walk to the old town easily, friendly and helpful front desk staff.

This is an older motel and it showed. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. The coffee maker didn’t work and instead had a strobing light that we needed to cover. We didn’t touch the alarm clock and yet it went off at 6:00am and 6:00am. Finally this was a disabled room with slippery floors in the bathroom with a decline from the shower. Someone will get hurt.

Location was good, near the old Town area of Boulder City. The bed was uncomfortable and felt old and worn out. It's a big hotel, but only 9 king-size beds. 6 used in disabled rooms ( we were put in one even though we didn't book that or need it) because the only other 3 king beds were already booked. We were on the ground floor, that was ok except it was so noisy late into the night, and started up again very early in the morning (6am)

Avoid! Property is slightly run down-- outdated and not like in the photos. Front desk staff is rude and dismissive. False/misleading advertising; there is NO POOL as the indoor pool is unheated and "closed for winter season" --- not like advertised. Breakfast room ran out of the hot make-your-own-waffles (the best and only part of the breakfast that tasted decent) by 8:30AM; guests were asking if more waffle batter could be made available, and the breakfast room attendant was loudly rude and dismissive in response (like the front desk staff). No customer service. Grumpy staff and bad vibe all around.

Pool was closed. We booked this hotel online because of the pool for our kids to play in after a long day of driving. Bathtub had no plug. New plug was given by receptionist. Did not quite fit. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

This hotel is located in the charming historic district of Boulder City. The property is well cared for and the staff are fantastic. A charming lady was very kind and helpful to me when I arrived late at night. The staff were warm and accommodating. There are also several dining options within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Would recommend a rule for guests with pets. Pets should not be left alone in the rooms. While we were there, early in the morning, the persons in the room next door left their dogs alone and the dogs barked non-stop until they returned.
