This place was so horrible! I had to stay at another hotel. I was denied a refund, as the owner doesn't allow them. There was evidence of bedbugs, ants crawling on the floor. My sheet had holes in them. The floors were filthy not swept, and a disaster of filth under the beds. The shower had half filled used bottles of shampoo left in them for your use. I'm going to report this business to the Montana Health Dept. as they shouldn't be in business. The front desk person looked like a crack baby! I recommend HIGHLY DONT STAY HERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! GO ELSEWHERE

Average roadside hotel. Fairly clean and comfortable. This place had the worste breakfast i have ever seen at a roadside hotel. 1 waffle machine and a bottle of the cheapest maple syrup you can find.. nothing to drink other than coffee. No dining tables and for butter try a 2 lb community tub. They used some offbrand waffle mix tharhac a funny taste. The whole effort was sub par.
Room was good. Quiet and staff was friendly. Fairly well upkept.

Veyr bad internet. I waited 15 mins to be checked in and I was the only one in line. The shower head is full of hard water deposits and the towels are gray and need to be replaced.

Decent hotel for the price. Off season. But the condition of the hotel needs some TLC. The staff was nice. The place was very dirty. We would stay there again for the price, but do not expect much! Always love Super 8 for Pet Friendliness.

Clean hotel. Breakfast is a bag with 2 instant oatmeal and snack bar. There were not any towels in the room, they need to use some bleach on the towels. Front desk provided towels fresh out of the laundry at 10pm

We arrived late for check in. I did call to let them know. When we arrived there was no one in sight. I finally called the hotels number and a lady answered. She informed me that someone would be with me shortly. Waited a little bit longer & a small child entered from the back office. Then the child went to wake up her mother .. so the employee was sleeping. When we entered our room … there was a sticky spot on the floor near the bed, and the sheets on the bed had dog hair all over the pillows.

Super 8 overbooked. We did not have a room at checkin. They reassigned us to their partner property, the Travelodge which was sketchy at best. Room at Travelodge appeared to have been cleaned but there was a pile of dirty sheets in the room and the room door was open.

I found a baseball cap and pr. glasses beside my bed which begs the question, was the room cleaned properly? Other than that, I was grateful to get the room in lieu of the incorrect date confirmed originally.

The breakfast was a package of porridge, but couldn't find a staff member to give it to us. Some maintenance issues was needed. Good location for amenities and location to Yellowstone, nice drive through the Paradise Valley.

When I book my room it was 2 queen beds and the website said breakfast included. When we arrived we had 2 full size beds, no breakfast offered except oatmeal and our room did not have a room key.
I was very disappointed for the price.

The exterior of the property was filthy and cluttered. The front desk was unavailable for check in. Sleeping area of room was nice, good bed. Bathroom was in poor repair. Mildew on ceiling repair patch and most caulking aroind tub. Towels were stained and thread bare. I feel propert is very overpriced for condition.

This seemed to be an older motel but in good shape. The clerk at check-in was friendly, pleasant, and quick. The motel was quiet. Housekeeping was, however, poor. The sink in the bathroom barely drained. There was no bath mat to put on the floor when showering. I had to go to the front desk for soap. Then, when I got into bed, I discovered that the top sheet and blanket only went up to my stomach. I had to get out of bed and pull them out to more fully cover my body. That was strange!

Very easy to get to, room was clean but needed some "touch up/repairs" , none were desperate, but would have really spruced it up a bit. They were very short staffed, but staff that was there were friendly and we had no issues dealing with them. We will stay there again in the future.

It's a Super 8 so I didn't expect great things, and that's pretty much what I got.
Pros- It's easy freeway access, not too loud, gas station + McDonald + Subway within a short distance.
Cons- no elevator, our room door's safety chain was busted, and the sink drained slowly. Breakfast is a paper bag with instant oatmeal and a couple of snack bars.

My room had loundry beside the wall and opposite the door so it was noisy till 1 am. At 6 am people started to leave the hotel and since my room was exactly on the first floor close to reception, it was not possible to sleep more.

Do to staff shortage it took 2hrs to wait for a room to be cleaned. This was after 7pm.

Overall it was not up to usual Super 8 standards. When we arrived we quickly found that the sink was completely clogged. There was no other room available, so the assistant manager spent 30 minutes doing significant work to fix it. I was impressed with his effort, but too bad the housekeeping staff don't find and report obvious issues like this. The floor was not well-swept, obvious traces of previous guest's snacks on the floor. The final disappointment was the breakfast, consisting of a granola bar and a package of microwaveable oatmeal with no drink, although coffee was available. We therefore headed to the McDonalds next door, only to find that their doors don't open until 8:00 (not this hotel's fault, but the finishing touch to a mediocre stay).
