Was an older hotel but clean and comfortable

This hotel is right on interstate 93 exit. Convenient place for a day or two stay. But this location is too far from White Mountain Forest park.

The check in was great, we were early and we're still able to check in. The room had a funky smell and was mostly clean. The toilet didn't work right and my boyfriend fixed it twice while we were there. The mattress and pillows were amazing!!

The free breakfast was great! The area around the hotel was pretty quiet.

My sheets had black mold spots on them that I didn’t notice until the following morning, felt nauseous and had a horrible headache when I woke up because of it. Front desk told me the day before that they had complimentary late check out until 1pm, you just had to call the next morning to give them a heads up. When I did call someone else told me that they charge a fee for late check outs, so I got told two completely different things but two of the staff. I ended up checking out early.

We booked last minute, late at night, and front desk staff was so helpful and lovely. The room was comfortable and clean. Just what we needed!

The front desk clerk was very friendly during check in and check out. The facility itself was dimly lit, smelled of cigarettes and body odor, and had many dis functional or broken aspects in the room. Or lamp was broken, the sink had spit residue on the faucet, the linens smelled of cigarettes. The neighbors were slamming doors and making noise late into the night. Unfortunately we will not be staying at this facility again.

I called ahead to let the front desk know that we would be checking in later that evening, around 10 PM. The woman at the front desk acknowledged it, and said that she would be there to greet us. NO ONE was there when we got to the hotel. Waited for 30 minutes until the woman came down. She was disheveled and appeared to have just woken up. I don’t know how she could have slept considering how loud we were ringing the bell. There was a sign on the front desk with a phone number. Every time I called, the front desk would ring, but nobody was there to answer it except for us. I tried calling the one 800 number and the only thing they did was try to sell me points. I didn’t want points, I wanted to go to my room! Once we got into the room, there were dried bugs and bug remnants in the bathroom and near the door. My husband woke up to a large bug crawling on him that he threw across the room and could hear it hitting the TV. Gross, never again!

The property was poor in all areas. It was dirty, dingy and smelled bad. I would not recommend staying at this property. The price gouging of over $300.00 per night for a weekend stay while a concert is in town is ridiculous. You should be ashamed.

Book somewhere else. Avoid staying here. Bathroom was dirty. Beds were broken and tv had a huge scratch in it. Amazing they had no their rooms available to move me. No ice machine available. Front desk agent wanted to copy my credit card to check me in later. I waited until their “system” came back up. That’s just not safe practices. I will Say the breakfast was decent. Only reason this place should get a one star. Too many other hotel options in the area.

Super convenient, very clean and quiet. Staff was welcoming, helpful and very nice. Could not have been happier.

Horrible hotel for 250 a night.

It was a very comfortable stay with a clean room and comfortable bed.. breakfast was very good as well.. if I’m up that way again I’ll be sure to book again.
