The man at check in seem like he did not want to be at work. The hotel hallways were nasty garbage was every where.

Front desk staff was super nice however the entire hotel reeks of cat pee. Bathrooms were covered in mold and the elevator was not at all safe to use

Good price but very run down. Slept in my clothes. Not worth the discount. Included breakfast was coffee

The security lock was taped onto the door. The lower lock was installed incorrectly, and wasn’t flush with the rest of the door, so the lock didn’t latch. I could hear someone above me, which is strange for a hotel. People had to slam their doors shut to get it to close, and it echoed through the hall. It smelled awful in the place.

The staff at the checkin desk are friendly and inviting. The shower nozzle was broken with water spraying in all directions (this is an easy $20 fix). It was clear that I got what I paid for and I didn’t complain. I am grateful there are inexpensive hotels to accommodate my cheap nature.

The staff was very nice but the building it self was a real health hazard.. dirty and very smelly

Clean and spacious

This place is run down. No wash clothes, cups or coffee making in room. No ice machine. I had a reservation got in room heat off 7 degrees outside took 6 hours to warm room. These people running this place should be ashamed of themselves

Near freeway, Dirty toilet

Room was nice with a separate bedroom and living area. But that's where it stops. Fan in bedroom didn't work, no microwave, no fridge, no towels or tolietries, no cups/materials for coffeepot, lights didn't work, pet fee wasn't disclosed and charged after we checked out.

It’s old and run down. Needs paint and updating. The carpet is visibly dirty. Outdated. The shower had black electrical tape to keep the shower head. I could not take a shower because water was standing in the shower. The drain was not draining. The refrig did not get cold. I told the guy my concerns and he said I went through a third party, no refund.

Bed stains, we wanted an extra blanket and 2 extra pillows. they didn’t have another blanket & the one given to us was covered in lint. They only gave us 1 extra pillow but no pillow case. Towels had stains and holes. And the heat didn’t work. But staff was nice.

Scary

No breakfast as advertised. Heater stuck on 78 and hot. Lock to room wouldn’t go into jam since the door was out of alignment so I had to use the latch lock only and hope for the best. Supposed to be an accessible room but if the door was opened all the way then the broken spring arm would fall down between the door and the wall, preventing it from closing. Parking lot full of broken down cars. Desk guy slightly rude, pushy, nosey, and didn’t care. But it was cheap so you get what you pay for, but really I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

Do not stay here. Room did not appear cleaned in forever. I walked out and found another place to stay

I booked the hotel through Expedia. The breakfast was mention included, however, the property staff said that they no longer offer breakfast.

We have stayed at this proline the past and it’s been great; but something happened since our last stay. The place is totally run down and the person behind the counter was INCREDIBLY rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge my wife’s presence when she asked a question. The sheets were filthy and the shower may have been worse somehow. The blankets all had several cigarette burns in them, even though we were in a non-smoking room. Just an absolutely horrible experience. I felt really bad for booking it and ruining my wife’s shopping trip.

This place don’t offer breakfast but in the page they said have it. Rooms and hallways very dirty and bad smells. Only one pillow on the bed. Dirty towels. Poop on hallway front my door. Bed bugs. A very nasty property. I have to stay due to shortage of time to find another place.

We were just passing through and didn't need anything fancy, but we were disappointed at the condition of the room. It didn't seem to have been cleaned recently, and so we decided not to sleep there.

I have never stayed in such poor conditions. This hotel should be on Hotels.com. If there was a way to get my money back i would. What an absolutely disgusting place! Im not sure why the local health department hasnt shut it down.

My room is no electric power at midnight, I saw the next room it is have electric power,look like only me no power

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The problem is it stated they had breakfast - they did not. We used this hotel because I had a huge surgery at Cleveland Clinic and my family not having to buy breakfast would have helped.

Hotel was dirty, side entrance locks were broken, rugs in room were torn. Latch my hotel room lock on door was broken. Bags of trash in hallway, empty beer bottles on steps and in hallways. I asked front desk to fix door latch, and ask rowdy guests to lower volume and get drunk off the hallway floor. We decided hotel was too dirty and unsafe and left for Comfort Inn across street. Lost the money paid for 3 rooms. Don’t stay here!

I wish the new management well as they are working to make renovations. They were very kind.

It was fine

The property is sketchy and in complete disrepair, door locks don’t work and when I told they front desk they told me not to worry about it.

When we arrived, there was no power for the hotel. Not their fault -- someone hit a pole. The problem is, that means there was no light, no heat, no room keys, nothing that worked. When I arrived it was just before dark. My husband and I decided we were not staying. Then I had to stand in the lobby for an hour (they said 20 minutes) to wait for a refund. When he finally arrived, he said I could call the next morning to get a partial refund. (I was traveling for work and would be working the next morning). I still have not gotten a refund and, since I booked through Expedia, they were no help either. So, if you're wanting to stay here to save a few bucks, good luck. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Certainly my worst stay at a hotel. Clerk wanted to put me on the third floor and the elevator was not working. After some time he assigned me a room on the first floor. The room was old and both lights between the beds did not work nor the stopper in the sink and also in the bath tub. The room was cold - about 3pm but the window unit was running and set for 72 degrees. Off to the hospital, I returned to the room about 10:30 and room was still cold so I moved the temp. setting to 77 and went to bed. Up at 5am - room still cold. In the lobby at 6am, there was nothing for the continental breakfast, off to the hospital. Returned about 10pm and nothing had been done to my room which was still cold....off to bed. Up at 6am and checked out at 7am. No continental breakfast was to be seen. Indoor pool was storage area for all kinds of junk. Ice machine did not work.....sign to see Housekeeping. This was a terrible experience.

I have no clue why or how Hotels.com is suggesting this hotel as it is literally condemned. The buildings front door has condemned signs on it. There were dead bugs and stains all over the room, a toilet that ran constantly. It smelled of staleness and corn chips. The ice machine was broken and there was no complimentary breakfast like the website said. It was a total dump and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had to find a room kinda unexpectedly and this place was budget friendly and did the job. It's not the Taj Mahal but it was clean, quiet, and near a couple restaurants. Simply put, its got the job done!
