Wasn’t clean. Smelt bad. I went to another hotel.

The room was clean, complimentary breakfast was fine but we had to call down to the front desk to ask about hot water. Both mornings the water was cold or luke warm.

Hotel front desk staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast service was fine. Stayed two nights but they did not clean the room at all, just dropped off towels. Hotel is looking tired and old. It needs some upgrades.

Everything looks quite new. Renovated. The breakfast was decent, sort of in the average range. There was always some sort of water or mechanical noise that made sleeping difficult. Hard floors are a bad idea above the first floor.

Dated rooms with an odd layout and very thin walls/floors - but amazing service, comfortable beds, and a great location!

Disappointing with the cold temperature of the pool. Hyperthermia can come on quickly with children when pools are under 87 degrees. Hot tub was great.

The stay was fine and the room was fine for what I needed. The issue O encountered was that they appeared to have put in the one piece tub and shower walls. Whatever soap they were using to clean them left the floor of the tub like glass. I fell as I was entering the shower . I hit my face on the far wall and did the splits front to back. My body doesn’t naturally bend that way and I was in pain for a week after. My left hip still hurts. My 29 year old colleague also slipped in his shower and almost fell. They need shower mats or diamond grip tape installed on the floor of their tubs. Very dangerous. Other than that the room was quite nice and comfortable for the price.

Our stay was amazing. Room was very spacious and clean. Microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge plus a table and two chairs. Room equipped with Air-conditioning and well lit but some lights on ceiling. Indoor pool were clean but a bit more chlorine. Hot tub was warm but in a small space with not enough ventilation. Breakfast was okay with mix of hot and cold foods like sausage, pancakes, waffles, muffins, cereals, peanut butter, jams,...Breakfast was the same everyday. Free onaite parking lot available with two EV charging. The location is veey convenient and close to Okanagan lake beach, just few min walk.

The upgrades to the rooms are very nice. Desk staff are cheerful and friendly. Indoor pool was so much fun for my granddaughter. Quiet, central location walking distance to beach and a varierty of restaurants. Breakfast room spacious, clean with an amazing variety of choices. This is my 4th stay at this property and I will be back.

We had a beautiful stay. Room was comfy aside from the bed-but this is an individual thing. It was too firm for my liking but still have an awesome time!!!!!

Very nice place to stay, location was great as we were there to watch hockey. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Had a great view of mountains. Breakfast was good, could have used a little more variety as every day had same thing…sausages and hard boiled eggs

Our room had been updated and was great for our week long stay. Breakfast was good.
I had 2 mornings with no hot water which made getting ready for the day difficult. The day I did finally have hot water I realized the shampoo dispenser was empty.
Other than that-everything was great!

We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago for a swim meet, it was within walking distance from the convention centre and it had an EV charger… when we went into our room it was a big disappointment, old, smelly and dark.
It was been renovated since then and the rooms are now very nice and clean, no carpet, very comfortable beds and breakfast included
We would definitely go back next year

The staff & check in process were great. Booked the night knowing the facility was older and they were working on updating but thankfully was given a map to get to a room with confusing stairway locations.
The outdoor pool was closed for the season & appears to be getting a facelift but the indoor pool and hot tub have been closed since Aug /23 and still appear on the amenities :(
The room was clean, great bed/bedding and very quiet as there are only a handful of guest. :)

The room and overall experience far surpassed my expectations for a hotel in this category. I will definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

The room was fresh renovated. Well appointed with microwave and large mini-fridge with freezer. Decent TV channel selection. Laminate floor.

This hotel met our needs for the weekend. It is not fancy and somewhat outdated but it was clean.
The jacuzzi jetted bath in the room was absolutely amazing for us. Heaven.
The lady at the front desk was so helpful. She went above and beyond.
Housekeeping even came and cleaned our room after 1 night.
Breakfast was basic. Sausages, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, cereal and fruit

They’re doing renovations, but it was super quiet. Very nice. Refresh rooms with laminate flooring. Super clean. Bit of a firm bag but it was pretty good nonetheless. Definitely recommend it.
