We appreciated the van service to and from the hotel, including the trip from O'Hare's airline terminal 2 to the hotel and from the hotel to O'Hare's new off-site multi-modal transportation center. On the down side, the hotel didn't have any recycling bins, and we had to put our otherwise recyclable materials in the trash.

I showed up and the receptionist wasn't at the desk, I had to call the hotel in order to get them to come check me in. They don't have body wash or hand soap in the room, just several bars of a citrus facial cleanser. The carpet is a mess. The closet door was broken. The room didn't feel clean.

Basic breakfast - just ok. Entire hotel needs updating. Otherwise my room is quite comfortable and nice with microwave and fridge. Staff are great! 10 min drive to O'Hare airport so that's a plus for me!

This is not a 24 hour shuttle service hotel! The only reason I chose this hotel. They said what's on their website states based on availability, which starts at 5:30am. Orbitz needs to uodate their description.

This hotel seen better days and need maintenance. During my stay hotel lost power, dangerous given card locking rooms. Staff seem not prepared for guests. Vending machine need maintenance.

Everything went smoothly from the booking to the checkout. The service was sufficient, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were in decent shape. Breakfast was excellent also, with lots of choices and quality food. I had never booked a hotel before, but my stay was excellent. Very good hotel close to O'hare aiport, Chicago.

This is going to be my go to airport when I fly into Chicago. It is very close to the Airport. Convenient 10-12 min drive to drop off rental car. There is a gas station nearby for the last fill. There is a hot breakfast and a lovely sitting area that is open day and night. I was very happy to stay at this hotel. I had no complaints but my main appreciation was for the location, condition and price.

This was an unexpected stay due to the Flight Cancelation. It was great that there was a quick shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The staff at the desk was professional, friendly and efficient. We had rooms in minutes. Rooms were spaciuos, clean. The breakfast was nice and simple. Conveniently next to Starbucks, Subway and a nice authentic Mexican Dine-in place.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool, which was not working. Staff was not overly friendly and were not even apologetic about the pool. The room was clean but needs vacuumed behind beds and wiped down more.

I would not stay there again. Most of the property smelled like smoke, it was so bad that I had a headache, when I notified the front desk they gave me an almost empty can of febreeze. it was not very clean, I hate finding random hair on the towels, in the sheets and on the bathroom floor but you get what you pay for. It was pretty gross and needs to be updated.

This hotel is dirty, disgusting, don’t waste your money. Thx breakfast area it’s dirty and they are out of everything. Best Westerners are usually not the best but this one is by far the worse. Towels are ripped and have holes. Shower has cracks and it’s dirty. Bed is comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Toilet are is nasty

Stayed here 2x staff are very friendly and helpful. Property can definitely use updating. Think they may need to change their rugs. They look old and dirty. And stinky. Both times I’ve stayed here the rooms had a funky pee smell to them. Breakfast is not the best. But something is better than nothing. My tub was clogged and didn’t drain. Had to get maintenance to fix my tub. Tub could be updated as well. And the curtains are fabric that are stained on the bottom. I give this place a 3 star. Not the greatest but not the worst.

If you need a place to rest for the night this will work but be prepared. 1. It is a pretty run down budget hotel. The rooms are old with stained walls, carpeting (bad) and ceilings. 2. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Bathroom sink was in the hallway and not in the bathroom with very little counter space. 3. Not much dining around. There is a chipotle across the street and a breakfast diner within walking distance. 4. Hotel staff is nice. Cleaning lady was adorable and very sweet. 5. Their “airport shuttle” is a VERY questionable, old minivan. 6. There is a TRAIN (with a loud train horn) that goes behind the property ALL NIGHT. 7. There are no blackout curtains. There is only a white sheer curtain. If you’re an early riser, that shouldn’t make a difference. We were in town Friday night to Sunday afternoon for a Cubs game so it was fine for that purpose since we were not in our room much. We would not stay here again though.

Stayed for one night to attend a concert downtown. The building is older, but well maintained and kept clean. The surrounding neighborhood is also nice. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Only downside was the small parking lot.

Hotel was moderately accommodating. The front desk staff members were very kind and helpful, however, the cleaning staff never gave us fresh towels or toilet paper. I asked for 2 extra hangers twice while they were cleaning the room next door. They stated they would bring them. Needless to say I never received the hangers.
