It was a great stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable with many pillows. I love it.

The breakfast was good. But the staff member at the breakfast service lady was on her phone all the time we were there. The vent in the bathroom was so dirty, needs to be cleaned.

Paid 350 for a night and woke up with several cigarette burns on the comforter. Complained to staff and call manager several times with no call back

The property seemed very wore out, lack maintenance and felt very damp/humid. The first room we were provided with didn't have shower curtain, the drain was super slow, and the AC had issues. When we reported the issues, front desk switch room for us immediately. However the second also had issue with the shower system. Overall, the property just seemed to be lacking maintenance.

Staff was great. Breakfast was convenient. Overall our stay was good.

Very welcoming staff and adequate facilities. There was a slight problem with breakfast not being ready (tech problems) but overall I enjoyed a great stay.

The rooms seems clean with maybe the exception of the rug. It felt damp, I had a blue light so there were many spots.

I have been visiting this hotel for years when passing through and had a great stay in September 2023! Check in was quick, the front desk person wasn't overly friendly, but efficient, and I had room on first floor, facing parking lot, with a jetted tub. It was quiet, the room was clean, comfortable, and AC worked great! Only issues were related to condition, as shower area had ceiling damage, and the jetted tub had rust around the hot/cold water handles. Otherwise everything was in good condition! Breakfast was okay, the sausages were a bit dry, and I didn't really like the eggs, but there was waffles, pastries, yogurt, and I left full. I will continue to stay when passing through the area, as I usually visit when coming from RI, to go down to PA or southern NJ and stop here on the way! I like the renovated room style and decor!

Easy check in. Always helpful staff. Building could use some updating but it’s always a nice place to stay when I’m here for work.

While the staff were super nice and polite, the room was run down and had a bad smell. There were many people coming in on buses during a holiday weekend and we weren't able to find a non-busy time to request a room change.

I stay here all the time. Never had any problems. Love their Jacuzzi rooms, Very relaxing!

Breakfast was disgusting and cold, we heard the level door all night. Fausset is not fixed, it moves when you use it.

Front desk staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Amenities are basic for most hotels. The only issue with parking on weekends is that Pub17 next door at night time gets really packed so they take all the parking for hotel guests. I needed to park all the way in the back which was dark and looked very sketchy, a bit nervous walking back by myself. Also my room was upstairs right by the door that divided the rooms and the staircase, every time someone went through it the door slams very loud at all hours of day and night. Extremely annoying, don’t get a room by it. The tv was a nice size and lots of channels. Hallway was clean but floors look very slanted something didn’t seem right with them. Breakfast was just ok eggs, sausages. Waffles etc. Overall my stay was ok. The outside looks worst than the inside, they should put a little bit of care to the front to make it look more inviting. Don’t be fooled the the pic on the site.

I had a neighbour that was loud ignorant and inconsiderate of others. I tried calling the front desk to complain at 1230 am but no on picked up. I went and talked to said neighbour. He said why didnt I call the front desk? I told him and i said it's me. I was polite and so was he. So I thought. Wasn't long before the loud music and yelling started. This went on til at least 430 am. Stull no one at the front desk. This is unacceptable.

Great Option that allowed for very late last minute cancellation which was perfect. But hotel is a little jaded and worn out Wouldn’t stay here if it wasn’t for the cancellation policy

What was unique to me was the double door of security that connect to the rooms area is a big plus, cause again you have to place your room key in order to go to your room and walk to the hall. My husband, kid and I felt so secure. Also, inside looks better than outside pretty and clean. But, outside by the front area needs little improvement maybe landscaping, fresh paint... Breakfast was good. They have scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, fruit, cereal, milk, coffee, juices, and you can make your own waffles.

We had so many bugs and we told the front desk and all they said was “we didn’t have any other complaints”….. like seriously??!! As if my complaint isn’t valid ? Or it’s fake?? Unbelievably … never coming back. Ps- barely any amenities, bathroom was small and dirty and had hair in it. And the sheets and covers had all these black lints all over

The property/room has strong smell of stale cigarettes. The sheets had Stains all over them. The pillows were like couch pillows (small) and bathroom had foreign red substance on the tub jet. After all this, I went to property manager and checked out. He would not refund me because apparently we didn't check out "fast enough." Very unprofessional and also unacceptable that Expedia would not honor the cancellation either. We left room as we found it (other that opening a bar of soap). Very unsatisfied with hotel and Expedia.

The floor of this hotel is so slanted, you almost fall over while walking across the room. And my feet were dirty from walking around the room. The Pub17 had really good food.
