Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got to our room and it had an adjoining door to a family with a small child that was going to be noisy. Some of my favorite people are small children, but I am a light sleeper. The front desk person graciously put us in a different room even though they were busy.

Room was generally clean. I was there for two nights. They did not bother to clean or service the room while I was there, that was annoying. Overall, barely above average.

The room was cute and comfy but the white sheets were stained and grape jelly was left on table top that got my jeans sticky.. I reported this to the male front desk

There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Between a barking dog and the bed on the floor above me (that was very squeaky) I had a hard time going to sleep. Waking up to housekeeping vacuuming the hall directly in front of my door was not the wake up alarm I’d envisioned.
Overall, this is not a bad place to stay. Conveniently located off the interstate in a safe area and near to Walmart and several dining options.

The room air didn't work informed the person at the front desk she didn't immediately moved me to another room told me I need to wait came back 1hr 1/3 later stil not ready move to anothe location

The lady at front desk called the police and wouldn't let me pay to stay another night because it was 30 mins past checkout. Woke up to first responders at my door at 11:30. Went to pay for another day And was told I was barred and couldn't rent there anymore. Never got my $150 deposit back either. Police wouldn't even let me ask about it.

I told her I was about to come downstairs to pay and she told me that I wasn't allowed to rent anymore and they kept my $150 deposit. I woke up to the first responders at my door at 11:30 because I overslept. Worst experience I have had staying at any hotel. Had stayed overnight by myself just to treat myself and got humiliated and banned from the property without my deposit.

The Hotel for the Price is Good.
My issue arose my first night. i arrived a bit early. the lady at the counter was very nice and allowed me to check in early. I went to my room. Did some work on my computer (the wifi worked well.) after eating diner and going to sleep. At 12:30 AM someone opened my door and walked in. Upon realizing they shouldnt be there the person quickly closed the door and left. I then get a call from the front desk asking who i am and why i am in that room...... So i finally fell asleep after that ordeal. When i went down for breakfast (which was hot and fresh) the entire staff was eating and cutting up. After i ate and returned to my room my room card wouldnt work. had to go back downstairs and ask them to remake the card. i was once again told that i wasnt supposed to be in that room.

Room was clean but bed/mattress needed updating, floor squeaked and was loud when walked, furniture in room like the desk chair was well used and could use an update as well. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Bed was very uncomfortable, curtains barely stayed closed and it wasn’t super clean. Bathroom was minimally stocked and had what looked to be blood stains on the curtain. Shower curtain didn’t stay closed because of weirdly shaped rod and the bottom of the tub was ridiculously slippery to the point I was afraid to move. For the price this place really isn’t worth it. Breakfast was ready early but wasn’t anything to brag about.

Booked room with 2 double beds on Expedia. Was given a king with a pull out. Mattress was filthy & stained. No bedding in room. Desk guy said “oh yeah, you have to get bedding from me. I should have told you that.” Got bedding. Air in room had been turned off. Took an hour to cool down to be able to sleep. Ice maker on 3rd floor turned off, had to search each floor to find ice.

The property is older and not well maintained. It seemed more like a 2 star, cheaper hotel. One staff was rude but others were fine.
