Check in and check out. Service was awesome fast and accommodating.
The breakfast was not good only one cheese omelette was left in the pan.
So I let the gentleman know that was stocking that it was empty. Both egg pans and he was very rude letting me know that he keeps it stock till 10 and he’s working on it and it will be a while just have to wait.

Great place if the weather has you stuck an extra night in Eureka. Easy shuttle. Friendly staff. Clean.

They had 24hr access to coffee and tea. My kids enjoyed the pool and I appreciated the laundry room. They also helped us when we needed extra towels or a fork to eat in our room.

Very comfortable and quiet, with many well thought out features like room layout, functional furniture, labeled soft and firm pillows, shampoo etc in dispensers, and general attractiveness. A big plus is how safe it feels - no vagrants, drug dealers, pan handlers like you see in Eureka and downtown Arcata, the only people there are hotel employees and customers. Airport nearby but didn’t hear any traffic. Nicest hotel on our 10 day road trip.

Was in a room (101) next to an exit door. All night long the outside door shut and my room door banged. I kept thinking someone was trying to get into my room. Didn't get much sleep. Everything inside the room was nice.

The hotel is super close to the airport but it is not pedestrian friendly. Luckily the hotel provides free shuttle transport to the airport which is just a 2 minute drive away!

Everything about this hotel is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I loved the chaise lounge with the table beside it to sit and read or eat. Very close to the airport. Easy access to the freeway, but not so close you hear freeway traffic. Excellent hotel!
