- unkomplizierter Check-in / Check-out

This is my go-to accommodation in Green Point. The location is superb, the view is beautiful and the property is a great size. I had everything I needed for a comfortable long stay (especially the well equipped kitchen and washing machine).
There happened to be a heat wave while I was there and there is no air conditioning. But that won’t put me off - It’s still my go-to accommodation in Green Point.

Lovely bed and beddings.
Narrow entrance and steps. Property's Lack of spaciousness. Questionable dimensions. Narrow bathroom. Oddly shaped. Misleading and inaccurate description 'PENTHOUSE' !!
