I stayed for business and it was OK. I don’t like how the sink is in a different room thank the bathroom….close to the door.
Back was sore after sleeping in the bed and everything looked dated.
Complimentary breakfast was fine and the staff was very friendly.

Trouble with the credit card machine on check in so required $500 cash deposit. Downgraded the room on the second day from a large king suite to a tiny room with two queens due to a dog, though we did call first to ensure we could have the pet. This required another deposit though the credit worked this time. Carpets in both rooms very stained. The room was very, very hot though we turned the heat all the way down. Pool in an open area, brown stuff collected on the bottom. Water was warm but the room very cold. Games room is actually a bar, adults only. This is also the restaurant. Wouldn’t stay again. Seems to cater to work crews alone, though the breakfast doesn’t start until 6 so don’t count on that if you work early.

Great stay. Nice little bar with great food in the lobby. There was a free breakfast buffet for guests but I didn't get the chance to try it. Beds were comfortable along with the pillows. Only minor concern was there was no AC in the room. They did provide a fan, which is my preference anyways so it worked out! Would stay again.

Amazing hotel! Clean, spacious rooms. Pleasant lobby. Fantastic shower pressure. Continental breakfast was also delicious with a very large eating area. Quiet atmosphere. Excellent price! I would stay there again for sure!

Was a lovely stay. Food in the lounge was delicious, beds were comfortable, and April at the front desk was very welcoming. Was even able to get a late check out.

The lady at the front desk was exceptional. Very kind. Only problem we had with the hotel itself was that it was cold enough outside for the heat to be on but the AC wouldn’t kick in because it wasn’t warm enough outside and it was insanely hot in our room with four of us. The maintenance guy gave us a fan which was super kind.

The room I reserved and prepaid for was given to someone else. They put me in a lesser room. The AC/Heating unit was somewhat loud and constantly cycling making sleeping interrupted.

Clean and quiet, but we where on the fifth floor

This room was not great and I won’t be staying there ever again. There was a lounge chair that had some sort of white crusty stain on the arm, and I don’t even want to imagine what it was. When we went to go to sleep we noticed a long dark hair on the pillow, so who knows if they even changed the sheets. The bathtub looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned either. The carpet was really dirty too, I’ve stayed here in the past and it was fine but it seems as if the quality has declined.

Our Grandma lives in a retirement home behind this hotel so it was very nice for being quite walkable to a variety of different amenities. Sadly due to holidays we were not able to partake in their normal breakfast but there was a table of morning snacks. Pool was small but clean. Very pet friendly which was our primary reason for staying there. This will be our “go to” hotel for any Lloydminster trips in the future.

The room was tight and not very spacious. The bathroom was also very tight and had no hooks or anything to hang clothes. Great facilities and services like the swimming pool, free breakfast, microwave, mini fridge etc.

Room was older and small, crammed entrance way and bathroom. Was clean-ish, aside from the used earplug that was still on the floor. Beds and pillows weren’t very comfy. One reason we booked there was for the breakfast included, then learn as we’re checking in that breakfast on Christmas Eve is the choice of a few pastries, coffee and yogurt.. wasn’t overly impressed. Pool water was cold. We won’t be back unfortunately.

Very good value for the price. Excellent beds, concrete building so no noise from the neighboring suites and all the staff were very pleasant. Enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Enjoyed two nights. Good hotel for reasonable price. Daughter enjoyed the pool. Hot tub or sauna wouldhave been nice for parents.
One of the elevators wasnt working, made the remaining one very busy.

The only thing it has going for it it’s cheap, it’s old ,dated ,very run down, only 1 lift worked,the heating in the room was awful, the noise comes from all directions, the breakfast was limited to say the least no cereal no milk and everything else was overcooked and dry, the staff member said there been told to limit everything they put out, But Remember what I said at the beginning it’s CHEAP so you get what you pay for .
