No hot water in room

Cleaning staff entered the room early without knocking while I was getting dressed.
Need to work on privacy, otherwise nice stay.

The front desk staff were very nice and helped me before and after my stay with checked bags and a shuttle to the airport.
The Waffle House and Shell station next door is very convenient for snacks and meals.
I'll be back for next Weebcon!

We called for the transportation. The guy was extremely rude and end up hanging up on me. When I got to the hotel, He was very agitated and rude and when I went to get water he was very rude to another couple checking in. Then in the morning we went to get on our reserved transportation back to the airport and the driver had called in, but we weren't notified until 5:00 a.m. when we were supposed to leave, there was 15 of us waiting to get on the bus. We all had to pay for our own lifts and we weren't even notified until it was time for the driver to leave with us

The person at the front desk was extremely nice an helpful. Also the person working in the breakfast department was very helpful. So we were taken care of in a friendly manner.

Our room was dirty , they would not give us another room or clean ours that night , we had to make our own beds , there was fingernails in floor and poop in toilet , the guy at the desk was not professional he didn’t care at all about our situation , told me he had other customers to tend to , will not ever stay there again .

The property was fine. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
What I can't get past is ....what I believe I booked (a king suite with a door separating the bedroom and the living area) is not what I got. I booked through expedia and called the hotel itself to be sure what I booked was what I wanted. Even after checking to be sure I booked what I wanted when we checked in we got a king suite all in one room. NOT WHAT I WANTED. They could not change us to what we thought we booked as they were sold out. I COULD NOT GET PAST BEING PUT IN A ROOM I DID NOT WANT AND AS A RESULT REMAINED ANGRY FOR THE INTIRE WEEKEND. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

My room smelled like mildew. It was obvious that it either flooded or floods repeatedly. The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom door did not open and close properly due to warped door or floor.
Very nice staff but they were sold out and could not proved another room or offer any discount - just took my money and gave me a stinky room. I felt wronged because there is no way they did not know about the problem.

The beds and bathroom were clean. The sink was broken, side table broken, and the air didn’t work the last two days. BUT we were overall happy because of how clean everything was in our room!

It took the shuttle driver one hour to pick us up for a 5 minute drive to the hotel, while we waited outside DFW in 90 degree heat. The she lied and told us she had circled around three times looking for us.

Room AC was not functional, half of the outlets did not work, and when asked to be moved to a new room, staff said they were overbooked and maintenance man was not onsite to repair. Nothing that could be done. So frustrating.

COLD A/C and comfortable mattress. Nothing fancy about this hotel but in the extreme Texas heat of August, the A/C was cold. I’ve stayed in quite a few other DFW area hotels, and all of their A/C’s struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temp. Would have been nice to have some extra pillows but the front desk said they were out. For a one-night stay over before our flight the next morning, this hotel was great. Nice gas station right on the same block for a quick grab of refreshments and gas.
