The staff was excellent, especially the breakfast support woman. She was attentive, responsive and very focused on cleanliness. On the negative side, the condition of the mattresses and the dresser, was terrible. The television reception was deplorable. It reminded us of the pre cable days with poor antennas. The water pressure in our room was excessive, while in our daughter’s room, it was a dribble! Our sheets had a hole and the dryer was not working in our daughter’s room. Clearly, changes are necessary. If your company is serious about the business that you are in, it is past time to reinvest fully in your infrastructure. Otherwise, you will retain only those who cannot afford to pay the going rate for quality accommodation. Great staff, reasonable customers and a very poor delivery by your company. Reinvest or you will lose!

Quick stop over mid-trip so didn't need anything fancy. Breakfast in the morning was helpful and ready at 6:00 am!

Comfortable room, good breakfast (the waffles are particularly good!) Unfortunately the hotel had apparently run entirely out of soap. Also, our washroom had an entire door missing. I don't know how they're renting out the room with that kind of oversight. Hallways also have a lot of holes on the walls. Not sure what they they're doing

Clearly a derelict hotel that they are trying to refurbish on a shoestring budget. First room old smelly with beds I imagine were recycled from a penitentiary (sic). The kicker was the heater that made a high pitched squeal. The room we moved to (second floor) was better. A little fresher but required real cleaning (dust on headboards (heavy) coffee rings on tables etc. bathroom although refreshed was finished poorly. If you are going to take the time to drywall and mud then take the time to sand the mud smooth before painting. Tub is slow to drain but based on the drywall open in the hallway upstairs (every 10’ or so) I suspect they are trying to address that though not very professionally ( galvanized plumber strap on unprotected copper will open a world of hurt down the road. Licensed tradespeople know this). Beds in the new room. Confusingly high off ground. One was on an incline with feet about 5degrees above your head and well used in the centre. The second bed though still high up was comfortable but squeaky. Fun fact Google maps reported this hotel as “permanently closed”. Note to owner. Spend the money. Don’t cheap out and do it right. Your hotel is truly a diamond in the rough. Probably refurbished this will be a really good property. You definitely aren’t there yet.

Friendly welcome, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Furniture rather dated and old.

Outdated and worn. Horrible decor. The bed sunk in the middle. Could use a better cleaning, paying better attention to details and the corners, behind doors. Toilet seat was broken and toilet wobbled.

A little dated but the staff were helpful and friendly.

The sheer curtain was stuck together. The coffee maker spilled water on the tray. Thankfully, friendly front desk staff (I would've been afraid to tell the clerk that was at the desk last night) brought me a carafe of coffee which unfortunately, tasted awful. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. There was lots of hot water!
