I stayed from Apr 14 - April 27th. The TV in my room never worked. I reported it and was asked "did you turn it on?"
She came to room and realized, it doesn't work. I was told "somebody" would come by to fix it; never did. Bed was uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping, except for 2 nights whereby I was exhausted.
My keys rarely worked and I had to consistently come back downstairs with all my stuff to have it fixed. It was tedious and annoying after an exhausting day.
I considered cancelling the 2nd week, but the front staff wasn't able to help with that either. I just toughed it out knowing I don't have to return.
The cleaning ladies and the ladies at breakfast were superb, friendly, and helpful. I definitely tipped them.

This hotel was quite overpriced for the location and basic room amenities. The room was not very clean. For example, when I moved a table a bit I found debris behind it, and the desk had sticky something on it. Based on that we had to clean all the surfaces in the room ourselves and then be sure to not let anything but our shoes touch the floors.

Always stay here when i go to Liberal. Always nice staff, clean, quiet, great location for our needs. Breakfast is ok and works but i woukn't call it great.

The stay at this motel was comfortable.
During our 4 day stay, my son and I enjoyed a hot breakfast with plenty of surprising good coffee. More variety of hot entrees would be the only improvement I could suggest. Southwest Medical Center is a stones throw from the motel location. My son was a patient there due to a tractor accident. During our stay, the elevator was out of order and unavailable for an evening. This caused quite an inconvenience for my son and his broken leg. He crabbed walked backwards up to our 3rd floor room. An additional elevator would have ckme in handy for such an event

The lady that cked use in was soooo very nice and helpful on where to eat in town. She had some family illness with her father but was still very nice . Hope she gets her father in better shape with his health.

room was nice. bed was comfy. Curtains did not close completely and since my room was on the first level I felt uncomfortable. Unable to get the fridge open for the yogurt in the morning for breakfast. Little pricey for the age of the property.

Our stay was pretty decent and the rooms were clean.
Housekeeping knocked on my door at 6:15AM. I don't know if that's normal, but it woke me up and seemed to be way too early.
It seemed like someone was cooking in the hotel rooms during the day. My room kept smelling like different dishes. One day it got so strong that I started getting nauseated and called the front desk. The front desk was very friendly and said he would look into it. It seemed to dissipate after a few hours.
I would still stay here again especially since it seemed pretty clean.

Nice enough property, but Direct TV is a deal breaker these days. No weather channel (essential when traveling across country), the guide wasn't working, front desk staff couldn't help and no PM maintenance. I wouldn't stay there again, strictly because of the TV issues. I'm not sure what makes this a "Plus" property, but it's not the TV service.

First room had someone’s personal things so we went back to desk. Second room, when I pulled back covers, it appeared sheets hadn’t been changed. We had another bed so that’s where we slept. Breakfast was so so. I am disappointed. I’ve stayed here twice a year when traveling to see family and it’s always been superior. I’ll look for another hotel next time. Sorry!

This is a hotel which has thought about the little things that can make a guest's stay that much better. Breakfast offerings are a cut above most.
