The location is a little tricky, but once you've arrived it's lovely. It's next to an expansive riverside park. I've stayed here twice and enjoy the 24-hour indoor pool and quiet tasteful rooms. Breakfast is included and it's basic but includes waffles, sausage, eggs etc.

A couple of small issues: I would have liked a recycling receptacle in the room, and the breakfast sausages were dry. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! I wanted a handicapped room, but on a full weekend that wasn't possible, but staff kept me informed at the time I made the reservation and didn't mind having me check back to see if any came available. I asked for and was given a shower chair which was very helpful! Bed was comfy.

The front desk staff were great! Very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The toilet room with shower was gross! It Smelled of human urine and the shower/tub had yellow/orange smudges in the basin. Needless to say we didn’t use the shower. I know they can do better when cleaning.

Located in very nice area, near park and river walking path. Room was comfortable and had everything needed.

Far too much bleach in the bedding. Couldnt sleep from the constant headache from it. Trail mix was expired from 10/2023. Tasted awful. Let front desk a.m. guy know and really doubt he pulled the rest from the shelf. Breakfast was luke warm at best nothing hot.

They need to update there employees about people with disabilities and there service dogs and that there allowed anywhere there person with a disabilitie goes .thats my only issue with there front desk staff.

e stayed here for one night. Very pet-friendly. The location is great - right near a huge park with an off-leash dog park as well. The beds were comfortable. But the bathroom area was very cramped, and it was difficult for two people to use the sink area given its very small size. We found a blood stain on the comforter. Also a comb in the bed, which made us wonder if the sheets had really been cleaned. The breakfast was pretty nice, with hot and cold choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room and overall building was very clean and odor free. My only complaint would be the noise from neighboring rooms is very clear unfortunately.

Nice place to stay.Not to lo many homeless (still a few) cruising the parking lot.Eugene is terrible for the homeless and dirty conditions the city provides,and the city caters to the homeless population so be careful where you choose to stay,eat, shop,etc. Be prepared to step over homeless people amd to e begged at as it os a standard in Eugene.

The person who was to sign me in was rude and not helpful at all ....I wanted to cancel and he said I could not because it was after nine so I canceled my 2nd one ...I am handicapped and asked if there was some one who could help me get my luggage in...He said no. I asked him for a receipt he said no...I insisted and he said no and that if I didnt stop being rude he would kick me off the property. I said I just want a receipt and he said Leave ....get off the property! I already paid for that night! I will never stay at a LaQuinta again!!!! Rude and beligerint!

The thermostat and heat were not working in my room and there was constant issues with internet connectivity on my first evening in the room.
Fortunately the front desk staff was able to fix the heating issue. Internet was restored the morning of my second day.
The final issue was that I had a guest above me training for a physical event. It was incredibly loud and distracting during the day and during quiet hours. I had to call the front desk a couple of times.
I recommend never putting a person who is constantly jumping in their room on the top level. I had to leave the hotel and work at a cafe with internet access due to the noise and the connectivity issue.
Although the staff and the hotel were pleasant, I do not plan to use the hotel again when traveling to Eugene.

The room was not cleaned, was dirty inside . The microwave was dirty inside. There were cobwebs all over, especially at the Soda machine. Just disappointing overall.

The customers was great , but it’s to noisy specially in the morning we can hear everything.

Furnishings were a bit worn, with what looked like dried glue on parts of the desk surface and on the right armrest of the desk chair, but overall, it’s a good hotel for the money. I’d stay again.

It was certainly an adventure. There were accomodation issues that were never able to be worked out, there were a lot of things not working, including an ice maker, drinking fountain, television, and briefly the elevator. Also, we found a pair of dirty socks and a hoof, which I am hoping was just a left behind dog chew. The staff was, in general, quite friendly, especially Emil at the front desk. All told, it wasn't the best experience, but my kids at least LOVED the pool and the waffle makers.

We stayed after the ice storm so I realize that some services were limited. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. The hotel rooms smell old. The pillows are horrible and beds are super soft if you like that. Found a hat left on side of bed when we checked in to room so I assume the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Meager amenities. Breakfast was basic. It presented like a budget hotel. I probably won’t book again here.

The room was clean and well appointed. It was quiet. It was located next to a park where we were able to walk our dogs. It also had a nice pet area on the property. It was nice to find a motel that allows dogs without charging a fee for them.

Great service. Mediocre property. Rooms are run down. Bed was good. Furniture was uncomfortable. Kitchen area had no silverware not much for dishes. Great location for getting around Eugene.
