No lift. Hard work carrying all my luggage to 3rd floor

The location was good I was able to rent a motorcycle through the hotel, lovely family run restaurant Madame Nga Restaurant very nearby was a unexpected highlight
The breakfast wasn’t great, not great coffee, plain toast no butter and an omelette very plain

I like the location, close to everything! And Hana was kind enough to help book the bus and provide us with a takeaway breakfast. Thank you
Our room was next to the kitchen and reception, so we could hear all the noise—like cooking or talking—starting at 5 am :( and there were mosquitoes everywhere
