Standard size pillows on a king-sized bed—It was awful sleep. Otherwise, the staff was very hospitable and friendly!

All of the staff went above & beyond, especially the ladies at the front desk. They graciously assisted my need to care for my elderly Mother and accomodated an extra, unexpected guest.

The hotel was clean, but the toilet seat would not stay on and the bed was terrible. We stayed here with our dog, and according to the Hotels.com website, it was pet friendly. There was no mention of a fee. When we checked in, they charged us a pet fee and said nothing about it. We later learned we were charged $75 for a pet fee. If I had known that we would not have stayed here. $218 for one night is ridiculous. We tried to work with the hotel to remove it, but they would not do it. Go somewhere else if you have a pet.

The area around just need some more work in making the area look a little nicer. This aren’t has definitely changed in 15 years since we were here. Growing up and starting look better.

Very nice staff, super clean, nice clean rooms good choice of breakfast. My absolute only complaint is that the maids did not clean our room at all after our first night nor was our beds made or new towels added. I had to go request towels myself. Everything else was perfect.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly warm welcome by the young man at the desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

All of the staff were over the top nice and accommodating , esp KJ who checked us in on our after 11Pm arrival. I left something important in the rm and the young girl that check us out made it her mission to retrieve it for me. Breakfast was fine, it’s continental, coffee and the hot tea were great . Clean facility, close to Fort Leonard Wood gates, would stay there again if needed and recommend it for anyone.

The hotel room and breakfast area is very clean. But I had reserved a king size bed, and when we checked in, they only had Doubles left.
There is a pizza restaurant right there in the parking lot. That is amazing! Along with other restaurants and Walmart within walking distance.

It served us well for a stopover on a road trip. Room was clean and well furnished. Nothing fancy but still nice. Breakfast was good and continually replenished by a very helpful employee.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn at St. Robert, MO. was amazing!! The staff was above and beyond! The room was fantastic. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the inn if you need a place to stay!

Stayed here in our way to Branson. Checked in at 2-3rd shift change so there were 3 gentleman at the desk and all 3 of them couldn’t have been nicer! Interacted with our kids and were all super friendly and helpful! All of the staff was great! Stayed here about a year ago and it was mostly the same staff as then which is VERY rare in this industry and says a lot and creates a positive image for this hotel. The hotel is clean and convenient to the highway. We’ll be back!

We were given a wrong room. Staff was unapologetic and would not give us a roller bad. One of my children is now sleeping on a floor on a cushions I took from the lobby.

Terrible breakfast. No yogurt, no bagels or muffins. Told truck had not arrived the previous day. After we made do with the limited choices bagels and muffins appeared.

The toilet seat are the cheapest they can buy and they are to short for the toilet. So when you seat down the sides slip. The seat is inches from the front of the toilet

Staff was wonderful, very clean pretty good hot breakfast!! Beds were a bit on the hard side but the pillows made up for it!!

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for what we were there for. It’s a military town so if you’re going to see your so daughter graduate Badic, this is the perfect location. Food and shopping, family entertainment are near by.
