Worst hotel stay ever. Not good for 1 night stays

This should not be called an extended stay! We we got in the room all that was there was two bath towels, two face cloths and a small bar of soap. No face towels, dish towels or any kitchen equipment. Very disappointing. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

Very very good staff, very clean too. Little bit worn in places. Location is good for my visit but no amenities around for food or drink.

The front desk lead was very helpful in providing menus for delivery service..I ordered a deep dish pizza from Rosati's! Delicious! The front desk lead was friendly and professional, she also remembered my name the next day at check out.

It was the cheaper hotel option, and it showed. Nothing fantastic. Not the cleaniest. There wasn't any staff in the lobby to assist with questions. Overall, it was just ok.

The room smelled like itinye, the needs skirts were filthy with white stuff on both beds the walls had good and it look likevblood on them the microwave was dirty. I was so upset, I went to the front desk to complain. The manager gave me a towel to clean my floor and spic and soan to wash off the walls my shelf. After I cleaner it the best that I could she offer me another room it was a little better But again the bedskirts were dirty as walls. This may Not be the hyatt But there is No excuse fọr filthy in these rooms. There was no utelsil in the room. All I can say is shame on this hotel fọr treating there paid guest this way.

Extremely clean. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly.
Fridge and furnace unit very loud. Could have used one more blanket. Something resembling a night light for those of us who have trouble seeing in the dark.

Staff didn’t seem to want to be there. Maintenance was fixing windows at 6pm on Friday night, going room to room. Outdated.

Run down and dirty. Ended up leaving early due to poor dirty condition of the room.

Upon check-in, receptionist was on her phone and didn’t realize I was there waiting. Bad first impression. Then I was handed a room with a strong odor of smoke which was then swapped out with slight of indifference attitude. Then I was called

Front door staff very friendly and very easy check-in. However the room was extremely cool and took a long time to warm up. After a late night New Year’s Eve, woken up by housekeeping at 8am by coming in our room without knocking. There was no do not disturb signs to hang on door.

I didnt like the odor in my room. It appeared that the learher chair was not cleaned and what appeared to be brown skidmarks. One can assume what that could be. Disgusting.

The refrigerator didn't work but was still very loud turning off and on like it was trying to work. There wasn't even a single glass or cup in the room even though there was a "kitchen". Everything was loud. The staff was kind and it was clean. I just didn't sleep well with all the noise and it was very inconvenient to not have a fridge. I didn't have time to call and change rooms as I left early and came in late each day, so the other rooms may have been better.

It was really nice and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.I really loved the fact that it came with full kitchen even though i didn't have time to us it. The next time im in that area that where im going to stay and the price was right and the coffee is always hot and fresh too.

I have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is very nice.

Located in business park area but close to restaurants on Ogden Ave. Good for budget conscious SMOKERS. Though my room was “non-smoking,” it smelled heavily of smoke. Cigarette butts litter cracks in exterior entryway. Grassy areas are also littered.

Sorry to say not a great review , the buIlding itself was very nice however two of the four lamps were not working . I did report this but it was never serviced. The person in the room next to me started playing the electric guitar at 3AM and continued until 5AM. Sadly I cannot recommend a stay at this hotel
