The hot pools were wonderful! Hotel is dated but clean. Love the thick fluffy towels!

Stupidly over priced for what you get. All the food is very overpriced and the checkin experiencing is slow and off. Required to wait in line for at least 45 min to checkin at 4pm. Can pre check in at 1 but have to wait till your room is ready then go back I. The long line to get your keys. Crazy to spend over 300 a night to not get your room till 4 pm or later and get kicked out at 11 am sharpe. Pools are ok somewhat dirty and full of kids or drunks. There is no quiet pool despite the signage. Over all just not worth the price.

Great hotel but it took over an hour to check in because it was so busy on the long weekend. Cute little town to visit but food is expensive

The short staffing is a sad reality of tourism these days so I can’t fault the hotel for that. But the quality of the guests was low class. Kids jumping in the Indoor pool with no parents around or no staff to address it and a white trash drunk couple having sex in the outdoor pool during the Adult’s Only hour were two of the most unpleasant experiences. I don’t think I’ll return there as long as people of that caliber are permitted to visit. I wish I could get a refund but I suspect it will go unaddressed.

Got an upgraded room , so any barking dogs would not disturb us. Lovely hot pools..

Harrison’s beautiful and the hot springs are relaxing. Limited dining options tho.

Good hot spring, decent services. Clean rooms but kinda old property. The view around are gorgeous!

The carpet was a little old..could use a Redo but a beautiful spot none the less..well worth the stay ..so many things happening ..lovely

The people in the hotel were noisy. Stomping around night and day. There is not much for dining in the area.

Love the hot springs pools. And love the adult only section. So nice to come and relax with an adult area only. However the rooms need updating for the prices they charge. We were disappointed that we could no longer order drinks to go though. Wanted to take back some pina colada’s to the room and aren’t allowed. It’s pretty silly that they don’t allow that anymore. All in all it’s a nice experience away.

It’s a very old hotel. Old furniture and old interior.

If we did not have a discount for our stay we would have stayed here. Tired furnishings, poor wifi, worn carpets, and the resort fee is very ill-advised. The only draw are the hot springs, and since there are no day passes, you are held captive to the exorbitant rates. We did not eat there as we did not want to be disappointed further

The room is so smelly and small, the service is a mess and I don't want to go again There was a bug in the room, so I got a scar and it wasn't good

Unfortunately, there was too much noise in the next room, and it sounded like a big gathering until midnight, which caused a bad sleep.

The area around the hotel and the hot springs are nice. The hotel itself is very out dated and in need of a major facelift. The rooms are essentially a place to sleep but our room the beds were very old and noisy the carpet was lifting up in spots. For the amount you pay $250 you’re just paying to have access to the hot springs on site. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Good for relaxation, but overpriced lately.

The crowd at the pool as the evening went on seemed to forget that everyone doesn’t need to listen to their music or watch them grind on each other.

The hot spring pools were perfect. The staff were very polite and professional. The inside of the refrigerator was not clean enough. When we opened the bed sheet it had some colored stains on it that had a very bad first impression. Although we called reception and they sent a housekeeper to change it at once. The Copper Room restaurant has the best food environment and servers. Although they are very tough with walk-in guests even if they have plenty of empty tables they are asking for reservations but it is worth a negotiation and we had a very good time there We had a very good time in total on our trip to the hotel and we will go there again next year definitely.

Had a great time, really enjoyed the pools. But only three pillows for two people and they were the lumpiest pillows ever encountered.

We could hear the voices of the neighbors very clearly and all the hotel equipment was very old

Nostalgia is great. The building could use a bit of an update. I miss the copper room.

Very nice place to be but night time is always busy at the pool

Was so looking forward to our first trip to Harrison Hot springs, but complete disappointment was all we got. We booked on a hotel booking site, where we arrived, they put us in Room 214, well for 300$ a night wouldn’t let my dog stay in that room, bed was so uncomfortable and reminded me of a scene out of the movie the shining, same decor. We called the front desk and were offered another king room, but was a pet suite for 20$ or for a 40$ charge a room with 2 doubles, we took the 40$ room as I didn’t want to be smelling dogs We were told that the food at the copper room was amazing, checked out the menu online, was everything we wanted, duck, scallops, prawns…sounded amazing. We made a reservation for 7:30pm as that was the only available time. Upon arrival to the restaurant, we were seated and a lovely table for 2, a serve tossed some menus our way and said…this is the only food available tonight, limited menu. Was so disappointed, again! Had someone told us of the limited menu when we made the reservation we would have planned something else. The lack of care and communication in your establishment is ridiculous! We stopped in to the island restaurant and ordered the garlic prawns, by far they were the most tasteless “garlic” thing ever, I would cry if I had to serve those to a customer. Smallest things I have ever seen, for 18$ very sad. I went to the front desk to complain and they took the 40$ charge for the change of room Great! This was our 23 anniversary 😞

The wall between rooms are not acoustic. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Next morning we could not take shower because of the cold water.

Easy check in with very friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay 😊
