Absolutely love this hotel! They are so accommodating, friendly, clean and have the most comfortable beds. Have stayed there before and will stay there again.

Very basic and convenient stop over especially to people who needs a place close to the airport. There is early breakfast. Room is clean and comfortable. Best experience is with Carlos at the desk who checked us in. He is very helpful and very accommodating and friendly. Thank you Carlos!

I almost always stay at this chain of choice hotels but as soon as I got on the elevator I knew it wasn’t going to be good with trim pieces broken and paint chipping. It continues into my room. The shower curtain only covered 2 feet of the shower since it was broken and falling down. I will save the $15 and go across the interstate to the Holiday Inn next time.

The property is very dated. Staff was ok. The manager was very much a micromanager and staff seem on edge.

I was surprised to find out about the dining at night. I really like seeing the dogs there. That’s another protection for the customers. Did not understand why there would’ve been a $35 charge to check in early but you watched my bags for me.

Clean rooms. Easy online check in. Arranged a shuttle for me from airport at midnight. Only complaint would be blackout blinds did not close very well.

Wonderful room, great salad from downstairs. Overall it was a lovely stay at this hotel.

Staff - Amazing Room - small, loud, dingy

This was the smallest motel room I ever stayed at. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotless

For the property it was and the feel walking into the lobby, I expected a difference in the room. I have never had a room where the bathroom sink/vanity area is in the "main room" and not in the actual bathroom area or at least separated from the room. This time it was 4 feet from the end of my bed. Most any metal surface that wasn't touched 10 times a day had surface rust on it... the lapshade frames, the bedside light stand, etc. Made the whole feel a bit run down and slightly grimy. The bathroom toilet was sandwiched so close to the tub that my leg almost blocked the toilet paper dispenser. Overall, everything worked and staff were absolutely great, but I expected more out of the property.

The room smelled like mold, and when the room next to me used the water it was like an engine starting. The bar charged my room for food I didn't order.

When we walked in, the desk clerk acted like he had been waiting for us! I thought we were his favorites!

Property was dated. The toilet was rocky. There was also a lot of inside noise i.e. ventilator very loud, noises from other rooms very loud. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is great. The room had a musty smell and could use some repairs. It was comfortable and clean.

I do like animals however was surprised to see a dog behind the counter at check in. Was not a service dog because it was there while there were several different workers. Although hotel is pet friendly as most are we do not have pets so we did not stay on a floor with pets. However, the stench of an overload of carpet fresh in the carpet literally took our breath away coming and going to our room. Our room had clearly not been vacuumed as there was someone’s portable charger left beside the bed on the floor. There was also a pair of gloves, picture included, in the bedside table drawer. Gross. Staff were somewhat rude when inquiring about the shuttle to the airport. We’re from out of town, we’re not expected to know when and for how long they run. Also the lady at the bar was a bit snappy. My husband only asked for a drop of beer to taste before buying and she quickly told him they don’t give out samples but it’s only a dollar if you don’t like it. True but the attitude was a bit much after traveling all day. Overall I would not recommend this hotel at all. Unless of course you’re addicted to the smell of carpet fresh. I tried to save a few dollars by booking here and you do indeed get what you pay for!!! I hope this review helps someone!

Being able to leave my car while on vacation

I've stayed st many hotel's but I've never experienced a more friendly and welcoming staff than yours it was so refreshing to have not one but an entire staff be as friendly as yours was I will definitely let all my friends and family know and about your outstanding staff and customer service thank for a job above and beyond

The personal staff most professional and enjoyable

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room, because I have medication that has to be refrigerated, I was able to use a sandwich, bag, and some ice

The decor is a bit aged but appeared very clean and well maintained. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was really great.
