Price is great..but housekeeping is always unreliable.

Our Stay was good just stayed over night to enjoy Graton Casino.

They never have enough service…I always have to ask for certain things that should have in the room already.

Use to stay here a lot but they are changing names and obviously don’t care anymore until the launch the new name. The rooms were dirty, we showed up at 7:30 PM and they had no key cards and told us to wait till 1030 and hopefully they would have some. I thought she was joking but she wasn’t! So yes, it was a joke do not stay there. My friends checked in as well, and they put them in a room with clean sheets, but the rest of the room wasn’t clean, so they had to move them to a different room. The new room had a weird smell in the next morning they woke up with the carpet, soaking wet from the rain leaking into the room

Generally clean but sweeping under the bed could be done better. Surprisingly quiet considering location next to freeway. Like convenience of nearby eating places.

I stayed there 1/25/2024. I booked 2 rooms. One for my 94yr old dad and one for myself. Our rooms had no working heaters and was told there wasn't any maintenance on site to fix it until the next day. I went to the front desk to ask for soap and was told i wasn't the only asking and that they didn't have any. There was also no washcloths, TV didnt get channels and wires exposed in room. I went to the office at 2am, called at 3am and 4:30am out of frustration. When i called at 430am i asked them to document my reaervation since i didnt sleep because it was too cold. I didnt shower because it was too cold and no soap or washclothes. i wanted a refund and to make a complaint. When i left i spoke to Shai and she promised me a call by end of day, after she spoke to management. Still waiting for that phone call. Hotel is goodnite inn outside hotel and on internet, inn at rohnert park on wall in lobby and on internet and comfort inn on another sign in lobby. Girl working at night said they were going to be quality inn soon she thought. She wasn't even sure of their name.

Everything was great, the staff, location, cleanliness and amenities. The only problem I had was that not all the tv stations worked even though it is new. In their defense I did not complain about it because I just watched movies on my phone. Other than that I would stay there again but I would check the tv out first.

This property was still under remodel construction. The work was done during proper hours so I was not inconvenienced in any way. For a cheap motel this was much better than expected and I do like how it is perfectly situated with the highway, shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was basic, clean, good location to Graton Casino, rooms were small but good enough for 1 night.

All good except no wifi.

They put m in an occupied room twice then in a room with no tv. Then after i checked out they took my deposit and charged me $175 extra because the smoke detector still had plastic wrapping on it as ot was brand new and the whole place was under construction.

Hotel value was good for a last-minute stay. we checked in late for the night. Hotel is located by freeway. the fwy car noise was so loud we did not get any sleep. we actually got up at 4am in the morning to leave and get back on the road. Also, lots of homeless walking around in parking lot.

Nice remodel room

I booked for 2 nights. The area was good with alot of dinning, store, casino around area. The hotel seemed to be going through remodeling so it was acceptable. First impression when walking into room was wondering where the tv was located. Room had no TV... The next morning we left early so we left beds undone and used bath towels in bathroom. We left a $$ tip as a gesture of saying thank you for cleaning room, but when we got back that night found a couple clean towels on table and $$tip taken whiche that was fine. Yet i didnt like the fact they didnt do nothing to room they didnt do the beds the bathroom was the way we left it except with no dirty towels on floor and our room trash was not emptied out at all. Seemed like they walked in left the toweles grabbed the $$tip and left without doing anything to room. 1st time i ever experienced something like this

Hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly. Close to a dine in restaurants. The only thing is, I wish there’s microwave or coffee maker inside the room.

I stayed last week had ant, shower had a hair on the curtain n no face towels. I always have to request for it. I know it is Inn at Rohnert Park but will be changing to Comfort Inn. Hopefully the people that check you in are more professional.

The front office keeps the phone off the hook all the time so if you try to reach them you only get a busy signal. There was painting going on but the painter's permit was pulled so they could not continue their work. The location is great but you can't check in until 4:00 pm. No amenities offered.

Too many repairs needed. Broken windows all boarded up. Quiet a few. Did not look good. Boy at front desk acted lazy. Only plus was all the fast food and shopping center close by

Big wind and rain storm, I was given a 1st floor room even though i requested second floor or above. Hotel was not that busy. Rain came rushing in through the gap in the door and floor pooling up to the carpet and into the bathroom. I through towels down.to divert and noticed now it was coming through the ceiling. Discussed this with the front desk and all the gal could say was 'oh man Im sorry'..
