It was comfortable and clean, but the walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors talking loudly; we were woken up at 4:30 am. There was a noticeable gap in the door that let sound in as well.

The phone module had spills on it.
Paint was peeling in the bath.
The clothing pad looked like its been use since the hotels opening.
The exhausted air fan cover wasnt clean.
The hair blower was dirty.
The cost was too high.
I tried to add photos, but the system didnt.
Eating area too close to restroom as smells were emitted to eating area.
Etc..

The employees were great. We had a problem with no tv remote which we picked up at the front desk. The tv would not work with the remote nor manually. Continental breakfast needs to be replaced with real breakfast!

Best night sleep that I have had in over a week on the road. I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved that I could park just outside my door. I needed to organize things and it helped to have easy access to the car. I will be back!

Finished up the job early so we wanted to leave early no refund could be given which sounds like bologna to me

this place is in need of a overhall. Just like most places out there. rooms are poor, needs painting by a prof. not some off the street person. toilet/tub needs replacing. I know that a lot of properties are owned by ppl from India,and they do not care.only out for $$$$$$

Some construction going on that made it awkward to get around at times but the staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean!

The linens were wore out and had stains from being used so much, they were clean but stained from over use. Even the bath towels were very worn and some of them had stains on them. The hotel did the best they could with what they had but windham should supply them with new linens

Staff was happy to see us and amazing in helping us get settled in for the night. Great customer service skills. The bed and pillows were amazing. I really wanted to leave with a pillow but husband wouldn’t let me.

The only issue was handicap room with double beds was too small to maneuver a wheelchair. Can only wheel in and squeeze between the beds to get into bed. You must do everything in the bathroom which was pretty sizeable.

A great hotel and check-in staff were exceptional.

The smell as soon as you walk in, is a flag the room is mediocre at best. The AC was wasnt working properly. I reported it but nothing was done. The TV froze shortly after we started to watch it. I would not reccomend this motel.

The hotel needs a major upgrade, rooms were dirty and the blankets looked like they never been washed

My son was stranded out of state due to car issues. I booked this for him and reviews looked good. Hotel is old and in poor condition. Daily breakfast is a waffle maker. I rebooked for a longer stay so my son had a place until we could get him back on the road since there are not many options. I called and confirmed with the hotel and the next day they kicked him out of his room saying he didn't have a reservation.

It wasn't bad but it wasn't a wow factor. It was a decent place for the pay. We were just there to sleep as we were really busy. They staff though was amazing.

All I needed for a short 1-night stay for work. Comfortable bed and hot shower. I didn't catch their name, but the person working the front desk at 9pm on 6/13 was lovely. :)

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Was disappointed in the breakfast...only sweet cereal, waffles and bagels...not good for a diabetic. No decaf coffee.

This was a very very old hotel where they attempted to make some Modern modifications. Just not enough modifications were made for comfort and cleanliness. But if you don't have any other place to stay and you can't find a place in Tallahassee where you want it to be then consider Baymont in Thomasville Georgia.

There was only 1 towel in the room. Refrigerator did not work. No ice bucket. Tub was nice and deep, but was missing the handrail.

I've stayed in Baymont Wyndham Hotels before but this one by far was the oldest. It has not been kept well. The door was pretty much off the hinge. The shower area has not been updated nor the toilet. I didn't feel comfortable laying on the bed.

I was staying on my own and always worry about security. The staff made me feel welcome and secure. I will definitely go back to stay.

Kunal Patel was so helpful and professional as he worked with me to correct an error I made with my preregistration. I believe he went beyond what he needed to do. I will look to stay in your hotel chain and think of the experience I had with Kunal in the future.

The room was clean and decent, but there were a couple of roaches. The room also felt very damp and had an odor to it. The breakfast was decent too.

We tried to change our travel date and they would not do it so we tried to reach out to Orbitz who did not respond so they wound up charging us and cancelling our reservation. Upon our arrival the place is run down and dirty. The front desk girl was rude. Since they had already cancelled our reservation we just left. But it was all in all a terrible experience
