It was okay for a cheap hotel. Breakfast was just oatmeal, granola bars and coffee but thats definitely grab and go worthy. Shower was a bit confusing but with google we figured it out. We checked in later in the evening and the lady who helped us wasnt rude but she wasnt very nice either, it was towards the end of her shift tho so i wouldnt blame her. No bed bugs, small kitchen (which we didnt expect) and fridge worked along with the sink

The hotel looks nicer on the outside than inside. Our room was very clean, but the lobby floor & hallways were dirty. The laundry room behind the front desk had the door open and made the ambience feel dirty to see heaps of wet towels spilling over carts. The front desk person was very warm and friendly, though! There were always people loitering outside the front door which was a bit uncomfortable for my girls and I as we came and went to our concert at the Maverick Center. You can’t beat the location if you’re attending an event and want to save a buck. Don’t plan on eating breakfast there, even though it is included as an amenity. They had a coffee table with coffee, oatmeal packets and 2 granola bars. Due to the cleanliness of our room, and our friendly check-in staff, it was an acceptable stay. All the other factors would make me think twice about staying there again.

We showed up at 6:45 pm in need of a shower after a long road trip. Time was short, we were going to s concert at 7:30. Much to our surprise, we were informed that there were no clean rooms and they couldn't even give me a ETA. We had to freshen up in the parking lot with napkins and bottled water ... And change our clothes. Check in time was supposed to be 3:00.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you are going to the Maverick Center as you can walk right there, and it is a dog friendly hotel which is all great, but it ends there. When we checked in, mind you we had booked this room 3 weeks previously, we were asked if we wanted to stay at the West Jordan location, to which I said we have an event at the Maverick Center, the lady said ya so does everyone else, we have OVERBOOKED tonight… we were able to keep our room however she told us that housekeeping hadn’t been able to get all the rooms cleaned…. Our carpet had clipped toenails on it, the smell of ammonia in the room made our eyes water, there were puke spots or something all over the carpet, worn out old was the style. No ice maker in the hotel, no coffee pot in the room. We’ve stayed at multiple extended stay places, this one looked like it was a part of skid row. And the front desk lady tried to charge me for two nights. Choice one of the other hotels that are right next to this one. The smell in the room can’t be explained , there are no words that describe making you want to rip your nose off your face.

The room was clean, the walls in the hall could use some tender loving care (cleaning) but the room was really clean and the way it should be, staff pleasant!

This hotel is old, worn, and didn’t come close to looking like the pictures posted online. The elevator and hallways all smelled HORRIBLE, and had tired looking stained carpeting. The only reason I decided to stay is because it was late at night when I arrived, and my room appeared clean and odor free. Old scratched furniture, and chipped paint on walls in the room. This hotel definitely needs a deep clean and a face lift!

The place was disgusting

I've stayed here twice now. The rooms are always clean, and the little kitchenette is an awesome perk!
