Think we stayed in room 61 or 62 on the 2nd floor. Nice layout of the room, big bathroom. When we looked out of the window we could
see St Mary's Lighghouse which was lovely. The window didn't close properly so there was a big draught blowing through, but the heating was on most of the night so I wasn't cold. I mentioned the problem to the receptionist who said she'd pass it on to the maintenance team.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I was in (#46) was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower, although small was hot with strong waterflow. The single bed I used was very comfortable. It is close to the beach and public transport.
However the lobby was a rundown and could do with a reno and there was no refrigerator in the room.
I wouldn't normally choose this accommodation but as I was only there to visit my mother in hospital so I was out most of the day -it served it's purpose as a comfortable place to sleep.

This hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes to beach, town or metro. Yes it is a little tired in places but for the price you pay it is amazing value. Highly recommend as a cheap, good located, and lovely staff hotel x
