Il loft, ricavato da un vecchio garage nel cuore di San Vito lo Capo, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e all'interno della zona a traffico limitato, può ospitare fino a 4 persone, distribuite tra la zona notte (soppalco) con letto matrimoniale, e la zona giorno (divano letto matrimoniale). Si sviluppa su tre diversi livelli, raggiungibili da una comoda scala. Al livello "0" si ha la zona giorno, con una verandina di ingresso (antistante la porta di ingresso, non visibile dalle foto, con doccino per lavarsi velocemente al rientro dalla spiaggia) e bagno completo di tutti i sanitari, al livello "1" la zona notte con secondo bagno (lavabo e sanitario) ed infine, al "livello 3" il terrazzo-solarium, aperto, raggiungibile mediante il passaggio dalla sala vetrate, allestita con tavolo e sedie, che possono anche spostarsi all'esterno. La casa dispone quindi di due bagni. La cucina è accessoriata con il necessario per un soggiorno di vacanza. Per gli ospiti del "Loft92" è disponibile un pass auto che permette di posteggiare l'auto nelle vie adiacenti la proprietà. Il Loft è climatizzato, dotato come detto di lavatrice, phon, asse e ferro da stiro, posto auto.

Perfect location, friendly neighbors, super clean. The courtyard was a wonderful view. The upper deck area is a true asset to the apartment even though it's not mentioned or photographed. Great for sunning and drying laundry! Giovani at the restaurant right next door, Bottega Sugameli, was great and his food is amazing. "HI" Mary! Easy walk to everthing in town! Hung out at the Bik Bak Bar, Alasandro, Sophia, Santino and the rest of the crew made us feel right at home with great food and drinks. Easy car rentals just 2 blocks away, tons of food options within a 2 block radius. Oh yes, the gelato options too! The only draw back was the lack of walls. With 3 adults sounds, snoring, really echoed. Not a major drawback for me but if there were light sleepers it could be difficult. I'd book it again in a heart beat!!!

The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped.
The communication with the rental service was not satisfying at the beginning.
The guy just spoke italian and nothing else and when we were at the committed time at his office no one was there and we had to wait for 20 minutes.
Then the electricity in the apartment broke down for more then one hour and no one from the office was reachable.
But after that we had a perfect time in San Vito. The location is just 2 minutes walk from the center but also very quiet.
To the beach there is only a five minutes walk. Two supermarket’s were just two and five minutes away.
The owner oft he house lives next to the apartment and she was a very nice and gentle person.
The only complain about the apartment we have is that the WIFI is very bad.
Three days we had no WIFI and after it works we had a speed from 0,9 Mbit/s. It is not possible to surf with this speed….
What was not pictured when we book the apartment was the very lovely roof terrace. There is a table with four chairs and two deck chairs on it. It is nice to sit there.

Great property - top of the range decoration in the centre of San Vito Lo Capo - i would recommend to all who visit. Benedetto was helpful and friendly from the start - thanks a lot - what are you waiting for book now
