They messed up my reservation. I booked a handicap wheelchair accessible room. What I got was a standard room that I couldn't hardly move around with my wheelchair. The staff wasn't friendly or courteous. Over all a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

The first room I got the tv didn’t work, the heat didn’t work,stains on sheets.
2nd room I got because I got switched there was a hole in the bathroom door
This is the 2nd time I have stayed here this month and have had problems or things broken.

The place was in need of updating. I chose it for price, and you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable. We expected some sort of breakfast but there was only one pot of coffee. Yes, I would stay there again, but don't expect too much.

No housekeeping! When asked they said it was everyday and no one ever came. Since there was no room service we had to go to the front every day and ask for new towels and wait 20 mins for them. Staff at the front desk were rude, the lady kept rolling her eyes at me and no one was ever at the desk so we had to keep calling the phone number. When my husband first got there they made him wait outside in the freezing cold because his name wasn't on the reservation when I said I was on my way. I know it's a cheap hotel and you definitely get what you pay for. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but it was really ridiculous service. Me, nor my family or friends will ever be coming here again.

THEY HOTEL HAD ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE BED. THE FIRST ROOM 119 I HAD TO SHOULDER BUMP LIKE A FOOTBALL PLAYER JUST TO GET IN AND FOUND A ROACH. THEY SWITCH ME TO ANOTHER ROOM AND WAS ANOTHER ROACH AND WATERSPOT AND MOLD ON THE CEILING OVER THE BED. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

The room I was given,was not the room I reserved. It did not have all the amenities{safety bars in shower,etc.},but it was not worth complaining about because they were all priced the same.

only good thing was availibilty on short notice. matress and pillows were not at all comfortable.Pillows were small and matress was very hard. Person or persons inthe adjoining room were very noisy.

We booked a hotel at the last minute at 12am during a 10 hour drive trip. Check in took 10 mins and we were on our way to the room to sleep before we got on the road again in the morning. Nothing fancy about the room and it was worn down but fine to sleep in for the night.

The room was okay, flooring showed wear and tear, sink was leaking some and microwave plug needed an adapter to plug in. Room was fairly clean, bed was comfortable, ample parking for our 40' expediter truck. We were double charged for the room, but was promptly refunded.

Bath room tub was stained. Did not look clean at all. I skipped my shower it looked so bad.

The beds are so comfortable! I also love the sheets and blanket set up! What I had trouble with was the bathroom. The bathroom definitely needs some attention.
New caulking and may be corners scrubbed? I had to kill two bugs and a spider before I got into the shower. Just a little unexpected.

Positives: Good value. Comfortable beds. Refrigerator.
Negatives: Slight smell of cigarette smoke when entering room. Within 5 minutes we adjusted and did not smell it anymore.

Rooms need remodeling. 60's and 70's furniture look like yard sale stuff. Grout in tile floors was mildewed to black.

Basic room with comfortable mattress. Frig in room at lowest setting froze all contents, smoke alarm dangling from ceiling, bathroom was awful, needs a complete renovation.

The hotel was very, very, unclean. We had to strip the beds because the linens were filthy. We have pictures. There was an odor. The vending machine put out very warm soda. This was the worst place I’ve stayed in my life. There were bugs. The manager wouldn’t open the door, even though I had a reservation. When I finally convinced him to open the door, he did not want to wait on me.

I had to look for a worker to check in. There were dirty rags and hangers stacked in front of our door. The ight over the mirror and sink did not work. There was a condom in the toilet and the water ran constantly in the commode. When the light in the bathroom was turned on, it started the vent fan. The fan sounded like a train. I remember when Red Roof was a quality place to stay. We were very disappointed.

Close to everything and right off the highway. Bed cover was stale smelling and dingy. Had to remove it. Paid extra to have checkout time was extended to sleep for work and was woken up by housekeeping to clean for checkout and then got a phone call about checking out right after i had fallen back asleep. Terrible communication between staff.

The look of the room was trendy and updated.
The only thing that was an issue was the hot and cold on the bathroom fawcet was reversed and it was so hot so fast. I kept getting burned. Y the water.

Definitely have some photos to share. There was feces on the wall, blood droplets on the bed covered in dirt, there was blue paint all over the furniture and flooring and so dirty I could not sit down, or even take off my shoes.
I called the office, and the first gal I spoke with did not take me seriously whatsoever until I mentioned reaching out to the health department- she transferred me to the general manager and I was hung up on.
Immediately feared for my safety for saying something where I had to have a colleague come and pick me up.

It was an older hotel back when smoking was allowed in the rooms and even though they say their rooms are non smoking there is still a bad oder of smoke still lingering.

Front desk check in quick and easy. Room was ok. Could have been a little cleaner...corners in the bathroom and a hair in the sink. The beds were comfy and clean. We would stay here again. Parking right at front door....great!!

It was a place to sleep.
The first room they gave me, the toilet seat was not even attatched to the bowl and the seat itself was broken in half. They moved me to another room quickly. But that room did not have a fridge.
The water in the shower was warm immediately, so that was good. Bed was ok.

5 nights no room cleaning. No clean towels offered. Non English speaking people in and out of rooms.hanging out at cars making noise with babies and young kid unsupervised all hours of night
