Everything in this hotel is top of the line, decor, comfort, staff friendliness, boutiques, the bar and dining area...

It was good. I think I just expected more from staying at a 5 star hotel. We asked for late check out and were told it cost 50 dollars to extend to 2 pm. I fell like if I’m staying at the hotel and choose to self park I should not be charged extra. I feel Ike staying at the Grand America cost more but the tower rooms at the Little America are the same for less money.

It was ok. We did get breakfast room service and the fork was definately dirty. The fridge was packed with snacks, leaving no room for our leftovers. Curtains on the bedroom door we dirty.

Very clean and nice hotel. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best. The bathtub drain was super slow to drain. The bed was great. The view of Salt Lake was amazing.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, very friendly staff. Nice gift shops. Restaurants inside were very good with great customer service. Holiday window displays and incredibly large gingerbread house were very fun. Rooms are very spacious and we had a great view of the courtyard and the mountains. Parking is $24 per night. Room service was great as well. Worth the experience and I’ll leave with great memories.

This stay was very disappointing and there is just no way that it is worth the money that we paid. The rooms are EXTREMELY outdated (beds, furniture, carpet, wall coverings, lamps all look like something from the 70s). The temperature controls did not work well. We had a big stain on our floor. The bedding looked like something from a Motel 6. Our Keurig machine was broken and there is no microwave nor a fridge in the hotel room! I’ve been in hotels 1/3rd this price with better amenities. The hotel lobby and pool are very nice but I’d never stay in a room at the Grand America again.

Fabulous hotel, reminds me of understated but high end Las Vegas. Tons on high end marble, beautiful carpets. Fantastic service. The bed was softer than I like but after coming I will make this my go to hotel in the downtown area.

The property was fancy and had a lot of great window displays. Rooms were spacious with everything you may need. The food was great! We ate at one of the lounges and in room dining. We parked in underground parking. It's perfect for a small car.
