They were short staffed, but overall the stay wasn't bad. The room was clean and the beds slept comfortably. The breakfast was acceptable, nothing fancy or overly delicious, but adequate for putting something on your stomach. We felt safe in the area. The hotel was near a lot of eating/shopping places. We were just mins away from a Walmart.

Upon arrival I had to park in the rear of the building due to the resurfacing of the parking lot going on. I had to enter through the back door and walk the long hallway to reach the lobby to check in. I had recent surgery on one foot and stress fractures in the other leg, the long walk was a little difficult. The handicap bathroom in the room needs to be cleaned better and updated. The fold up seat in the tub had dirty used wash rags left on it, wasn’t noticeable until the seat was folded down. The caulking around the bottom of the toilet and around all the areas of the tub looked worn out and as if a child had applied it. The ironing board was very very small, had to place it on top of the cabinet / desk to iron. The 2 elevators were located at the very ends of the hallway and not in the middle as expected. There was a ice machine on the floor that worked, but no vending, I guess that they wanted you to buy their products from the lobby store. I got a cup of coffee from their 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby and found it to be cold. My advice to employees is to not be on your personal cell phone in view of your customers. I always stay at a Hampton when I travel, this one sure fell short of my expectations. One last note, the area is very busy and I would not recommend for walking. You definitely have to drive for shopping and dining.

This property has all the amenities we needed. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Excellent breakfast too. We stayed one night and continued our journey west.

I enjoyed the easy access to Shackleford Road.

It was a cleanly and easily found place to spend the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Area was okay. It’s a decent property for the price!

The lady who answered my call was extremely rude and would talk over me. When checked in the young man was also rude. Didn’t care that I was charged the wrong rate that I was quoted. Inside the room it was nice but a closer look and the walls by the light switches were dirty and the all covers were old and never changed out when the room was painted.

My children and I absolutely LOVED the stay!!! The room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious! Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym!! Definitely recommend!!!

Our air conditioner was acting up some. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty. We loved the large refrigerator and freezer to put our travel items in for the road!

I stayed at a Hampton a while back. Excellent experience. This one was meh. A woman’s hair greeted me as I got into bed. Two decaf packets of coffee, no regular was in the room. Lobby floor was dirty. The mattress was very used. Not very comfortable. Skip this Hampton & go to the North Little Rock one.

Service is always so good!! This is our go to place when we travel.

We just checked in and took luggage to the room and someone broke into our car.

The facilities were clean and in an industrial area. Food was bland and there were few breakfast options.

No hair conditioner no makeup wipes only one regular coffee,you get used to certain things but overall a nice place
