I stayed there for a whole week and I never had hot water in the shower. I repeatedly told management and housekeeping and nothing was done

So on our second nite, some one broke into our truck, thankfully they did not take anything, the nite shift employees came out midnight and the car drove away, i did heard my alarm an saw them third floor window by the time i got to the parking the hotel employee (I wish i could remember his name)was already there with his phone in hand.

Stains on towels, eyelashes ( other person) left in bathroom, pimple patches left on headboard. But, overall, they accomadated us for a extended stay.

The room was substandard , carpet looked pieced together, chair for desk needed a trip to dump, something I would of expected from a 1 star hotel,

Furniture was torn and old. Bathroom floor was dirty. The hotel is undergoing some construction updates; but so far, still falls short. The free breakfast was sub par. Sausage was dry and shriveled. Not many choices. The front desk clerk on the night we checked in seemed unenthusiastic and put out that he had to take the time to help us.

The hotel is nice and clean. Beds are confortable. House keeping is neat. The only problem was the noise level on the next door that drove us crazy. We called receptionist 3 times and they reach to guests. My reservation was for a King Size and the front desk gave me two queens instead. Breakfast is good and plenty

So the first room was ok but the toilet stopped working. So I had to pack up ho down and get another room and it kinda smelled but I was tired and was having surgery the next morning I just wanted to sleep

1st room had ants so changed rooms, the 2nd room bed was not made and light was on I think it was occupied changed 3rd time asked for late check out someone called room before check out at 11am then 20 mins later knock on door I told staff we have late check out then 15mins later 2 people knocked on door. I did not pay to be harassed and will be informing corporate about this hotel harassing customers

The bed was comfortable . this hotel needs to be updated the rooms smell stale the hallways need to be painted. This is a last minute decision for us and we needed to stop for the price it's fine.

Friendly and courteous staff. Clean room. The only issue was the sofa chair; it was severely stained with appeared to be dark smudges or automobile grease.

Overall it was good, breakfast its not even continenta eggs look like plastic, sausage burt make your owen waffles disgusting. The only items yhat were good was the yogurt cold cereals. Also the bathroom in our room had ants.

We stayed on the third floor and we had ANTS in our room. THIRD FLOOR WITH ANTS.
