I was first put in room 106 the floor in room and bathroom was covered in dirt and hair. And the water in the bathroom sink ran brown. When I called the front desk the young lady was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. I was then placed in room 108 where there were crumbs in the chair the bathroom was covered in hair there was a dead bug on the stove the bed was covered in black chunks that left a spot when they were wiped off the walls were covered in different color spots. The bath clothes seemed to be stained with blood and the room smelled like onions. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was friendly. Microwave refrigerator was dirty I had to request solutions to clean it myself the carpet was not that fresh and extbugsthereroachroacroach

The room was never cleaned during the stay period .. the breakfast is pitiful (Cold coffee and paper satchets of oats, no milk and only warm water).
The reception is never manned so anyone can walk directly into the hotel without a worry and so the security is meaningless.

Hotel was very dirty, parking lot was not safe. All night there was loud noise coming from the hallways and other rooms

Tisha did her best, but the property is in bad shape, dirty hallways, broken air conditioners, missing light bulbs, trash in all the hallways. We stayed for multiple nights and the elevator wasn't in operation for the entire stay. Desk Clerk was rarely at the deck, with a "I'll be right back" sign always on the counter. We saw several other people get pretty upset at this inconvenience when trying to check in. This is a 1 or 2 star property; don't pay more than $80/night- anything more and you're not looking hard enough.

I had roaches in my room and went to the front desk they didn’t even block the room off they gave me another room and still had the same issues. It must be normal for bugs because nobody seemed shocked. Or do anything to help calm the situation down

The room was nice but the cleanliness needed work. Found a dead roach on the counter. Wouldve complained but ended up checking out super early due to family emegency.

This was my 1st time staying here. When I pulled up the 1st thing I noticed were beer bottles by the parking spaces. I moved down a little further & there were more beer bottles by that parking area & grills chained to a tree

Parking was convenient and close. The front desk folks I dealt with were extremely nice, courteous, and helpful, especially Umfort and Tisha. They made a bad stay better.

Liked the location and the front desk staff was fantastic!
The Bad: The door to the room was falling off the hinges. The doors were propped open late at night. Questionable activities going on.

The room was dusty and smelled like mold. The air conditioner was leaking water on the floor and blew only warm air into the room. Lighting fixtures were falling off the wall, carpet was running up the wall and not properly cut off. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I walked in the room and baby roaches were crawling up the wall. We opened the cabinet to the kitchenette and the door hinge fell off. We looked in the bathroom there was dust on the floor and a spider crawling. We turned around and walked out. The front desk clerk gave me back my money immediately. Beware! Do not reserve at this establishment.

Horrible experience. The lady that checked us in has no business providing customer service. The place was filthy and decrepit. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. The whole place is run down. The safety of the elevator is questionable and filthy, weeds in the parking lot where landscaping should be. The room smelled like an ashtray. The ‘breakfast’ that is included was cold stale coffee and granola bars. It was a very sad and creepy place. It gives the impression of a crack motel. If we weren’t exhausted from our very long drive (checked in at 2am) and had prepaid, we would have turned around and left. There was nothing gods to say about this over priced experience.

The hotel was overbooked. I wasnt notified until i walked in to the hotel to check in at 1030 at night. The front desk clerk walked out of her office and just stated, "we are overbooked and your card shouldnt be charged". She then walked back in to the office with me standing at the desk. She didnt even ask me who I was or anything. I ended up using the phone at the desk to talk to her because I wanted to make sure that i wasnt going to be charged.

The first room that was given to me left a lot to be desired. I went to the desk and requested another room. They were very obliging and gave me another room that was great.

Hotel is 2 star, old, small room, tiny bathroom, feels like European vacation, relatively clean, decent front desk service, area looks unsafe, unfortunately won’t be returning.

House keeping is every two weeks. I asked for new sheets and towels after a week and they made it so I had to convince them to give me clean ones. I literally had to talk him into giving me sheets and towels after being here 11 days. It all falls on the lazy staff. Maybe short staffed but clearly lazy staff. My company won’t be using any of the extended stays again.

When checking in; was told that the elevator was down. That I would have to use the stairs. When checking into my room; room was a little bit dusty and the lights to the bed room wouldn’t cut on.

My rental car's catalytic convert was stolen right out from underneath the car. No video surveillance in parking lot. My cheap hotel just turned into a $1000 insurance deductible to pay for the "damage" to the rental car.

Rented 3 rooms for business stay over and overall impresion was dissapointing. Checkin was by a gentlemen that seemed to be overwhelmed by customers cpmplaints of broken or non workiing items. After seeing the room, they appear in need of updating. One of my rooms the air didnt work. One of the rooms the tv didnt work. All the rooms smelled along with the hallway smelling like Marijuana. At first arival the elevator wasnt working but they did get it operationable after a while.

The dirtiest nastiest property I have ever sent my employees too. Cockroach infested so bad had to change our reservation mid trip. Still waiting for my refund. Please don’t stay here couldn’t have had a worse experience

We were very satisfied with our accommodations. The staff was excellent.

Very pleasant and courteous staff. Nothing exceptional about location but is was safe and quiet. Room and facilities were were clean and seemed to be well maintained. My wife and and stayed in the room only to sleep - we were in town for only night to attend a family event. Only negative was that the property is in dire need of an update and remodeling.

When I walk in the room. I notice the carpet had not been vacuumed due to dog treats was on the floor in room 127.
My friend and I have allergies so we cough off and on because it had to been a dog in that room prior to our visit.
We will not stay again.
