Perfect location if you want to go shopping and very near Portland Oregon if you want to buy something in Oregon tax free. This was a great experience for my wife and I as we enjoyed shopping and the delicious breakfast at the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

No shuttle service, we were waiting for more than one hour for our room previously paid it.

Everything was neat and tidy and the jetted tub was nice.

Roommate alway clean. Staff is always amazing. Nice amenities. Breakfast has a great variety.

Enjoyed our stay...good beds. Wonderful breakfast, with excellent choices and refilled frequently. Family enjoyed the pool. Hot chocolate and coffee machine in the lobby was a real plus!!!! Planning on coming back when needing a place to stay in the area.

Excellent customer service and cleanliness

We had to ask for more pool towels a couple times. When I went to check out and no one was at the front desk. I asked multiple other workers because I didn't want to be late checking out. Someone finally came to the front desk after I called from my cell phone to the lobby.

After going to bed, someone unlocked my door with a key (not mine). It turns out they assigned my room to someone else when they arrived around 9:30 PM. This was not good!

The staff was very accommodating and polite. It was very clean. The rooms were Very large. Overall experience was excellent.

Room reeked of animal. We understand that we stayed in a pet-friendly room but the oder was nauseating. Had to buy air freshener to use. Staff provided inconsistent policies about late check-out. Breakfast gave both me and my partner stomach illness.

Micky was beyond awesome in helping us! We checked in to a Days Inn just down the street, and it was beyond horrible - dirty, tiles falling off in bathroom, hall carpets hadn't been vacuumed in months. We couldn't stay there. Drove down the street and found Best Western. Micky was at the front desk and was over the top awesome in helping us. She had one room left, and we got it. She went over and above helping us, and we're grateful. Should have booked Best Western the first time!! Vancouver Mall Best Western is tops. Great service, great breakfast, clean - met all our expectations!

I liked the magnet that could hold the door open while we rolled our luggage into and out of the room. I liked that there was a light above the luggage rack. I liked the comfortable chair and footrest. The room was arranged well. I didn't like that there were no bowls for cereal two mornings in a row.

Ned was a little hard. But the staff was friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. They were doing some construction on the property and we were woken up by a hammer drill bright and early at 8am on Friday morning. When we called the front desk we were told they needed to get work done but would ask that they delay till 9am but couldn't guarantee it. They started back up exactly at 9am and did for our entire 4 night stay.

The staff very friendly. Most of their ice machines not working. Breakfast bar great. I had a handicap room, it was ovious that the room hadn't been used for awhile. Some dust, but clean.

Regular maintenance is not keeping up in many areas, both in common areas and in the rooms.

We were at this hotel for three days and had zero housekeeping, even though we specifically asked both housekeeping and the front desk for our room to be serviced the second two days. Breakfast was also hit and miss.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. Upon entering there were several things that crunched under my feet leaving piled up crumbs. Cereal or chips maybe? The desk had a coffe ring and definitely had not been wiped down between guests. There was something large and black on the floor behind the bathroom door and there were several big black hairs on the inside of the shower curtain. The fridge even on MAX cold couldn't keep bottled water above room temp. The carpet around the tile was frayed and peeling back. Tripping hazard for sure! Our bed was very comfortable, sheets appeared to be clean. Could have used a couple more towels as we got a room with a jetted tub. Was hoping to have robes like we experienced at other Best Western plus hotels. Kind of a bummer. Props to the young women that was running the counter by herself. She was multi tasking like a pro. Being the only employee there she was checking people in, changing light bulbs and running to get luggage carts to return downstairs for new guests to use. Amongst other things. She still maintained a great attitude, did her job and was very helpful and personable.

Great affordable place to stay with good breakfast options.

We have stayed here before, and came back because of the quality, location, overall value. The two queen room was in good shape, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the key card was intermittent in its operation, and this is apparently a hotel wide issue that needs some attention. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of the breakfast was fantastic, hardworking, friendly and kept the food and drink coming even when it was very busy several of the mornings. The breakfast offering of hot food was great, and there was some variety over the week we stayed. They also had a specialty coffee machine available in the lobby for any hour of the day, and fresh baked cookies in the evening. Parking was convenient, and the hotel is in walking distance from the Vancouver Mall, and many restaurants are nearby. It is easy to go anywhere in Vancouver or Portland due to the hotel's proximity to HWY 205 and HWY 500.

Friendly front desk, clean room, and easy access from freeway.

First stay at this location Katley&Tara we’re great.I loved having an indoor pool,spa&sauna.The coffee machine in the lobby created daily Mochas and breakfast choices were outstanding.This will be my go to hotel when coming up for business trips.
