Fantastic service only matched by the great location. Very comfortable and clean. On site restaurant served an awesome breakfast and pizza. Front desk staff very accommodating with requests. Checkout at noon much appreciated.

The start was seamless from check in to check out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice stay.

We had such a wonderful stay here. We only stayed for one night but would return in an instant. The service was wonderful and the hotel was welcoming, stylish and comfortable. The staff were all amazing. The location is also great.

Fantastic hotel seconds away from the best scenery, restaurants and nightlife of Vancouver. Rooms are immaculately clean and all amenities in the room are impressive including charge pads for all devices and ice delivered to your room if you need it. All staff are extra accommodating.

Great location, great staff, the hotel is a little dated, needs to be upgraded, paint chipped, carpets, little smell in room, the window from bedroom into bathroom! Full view ?!?! Not sure I liked that, did have a blind but it didn’t work …

The staff were amazing — no exceptions. From the front desk clerks, to housekeeping, to valet, to servers and bartenders in the restaurant. Everyone was awesome. Super clean room and excellent bed, too. Location second to none.

Really great hotel! Great area but best thing about the hotel is the helpful teams and added extras that you don’t normally see like bath salts,e-bikes to borrow etc. would stay again if I came back

Excellent front staff and good location close to restaurants and other destinations. Toon was clean and comfortable. The divider between bathroom and room helped keep street noise down so it was also nice and quiet.

Are stay at the Opus hotel was amazing. It was my husband’s birthday and they sent up a complimentary bottle of wine and dessert. We’ve never experienced that before lol.. The hotel is very clean and the service was excellent. We highly recommended this hotel..

We were greeted with blush bubbly and super-friendly staff. Our room was lovely and we even got the colour of room I asked for! Turn down service (which I love!). Perfect location for football or hockey (we were there for a Canucks game). Loved the Patisserie right in the hotel!

Wonderful front desk staff. So pleasant and accommodating. I accidentally booked the room on the wrong day and they worked with Expedia to ensure I had a room for the night.

We were only there for 1 night, but everything was great - especially the service at the front desk, welcome drink and breakfast. Staff helped us with the Uber app as well. Definitely plan to go back.

Excellent hotel! I enjoyed everything: the service, the room, the food, and the overall vibe. You absolute cannot beat the location! The proximity to the metro (literally right across the street), food options, and points of interest is fantastic. So happy that I chose OPUS! :)

Bed and bedding very comfortable and clean. Room and bathroom tiny.
A big clunky Alarm clock went off at 4am. Difficult to find turn off at that time. Get rid of that piece of equipment. Loud music when trying to sleep.

I paid for the upgrade in the pre-check-in email sent from hotel, no other upgrade was offered.
VIP breakfast for two benefit was discussed at check-in, although I was a single
Traveller. I did have breakfast and server suggested to charge to my room and the vip benefit credit would be applied however it was charged to my cc, quickly refunded when I called after check out. This is a beautiful hotel and staff are top notch, great location. Would be back.

First time at this property and overall we had a good experience. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. If you are a light sleeper be warned though as the hotel is near an area with lots of restaurants and bars. A lower floor street facing room will hear the goings on outside.

It is a great hotel in a very convenient location across the street from metro transit. I also loved that it is just a few minutes walk from False Creek Bay, with great views and walkways, and public boats to Granville Market.
The room was a bit small but nice and clean; may be worth an upgrade if you plan to spend more time in the hotel itself.

We stayed for NYE , we were greeted by friendly valet staff and they offered us complimentary champagne. Check in was smooth an easy. Although I booked a queen bed the receptionist said it was two double beds, but he was able to give us a king size bed anyway. The room was nice, my only complaint was the bathroom - it was sliding doors that did not stay closed - luckily it was me and my husband and we were comfortable , as well as the bathroom on the 2nd level for us faced stores and a side street with big open windows - immediately we needed to close the blinds as everyone could definitely see you in the bathroom easily.

The second we walked in, we were greeted with a glass of Champagne! Because of the VIP access, our room was upgraded and a bottle of Champagne was sent to our room. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful throughout. My compliments to the housekeepers, they do an amazing job at Opus.

Trendy hotel in the heart of Yaletown close to the train, restaurants, and bars. The $50 credit for breakfast was
a nice touch.
