Enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant next door. The room was clean and bed was comfortable

No one on front desk when arrived had to wait for 45 mins for someone to show up. The lobby was packed with unhappy people waiting to check in and guests that were locked out of their room. Morning went to breakfast at 7:45 they were out of food apparently had sent someone to buy groceries. Waited hour and gave up and left.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, overall the hotel could be updated the hallways smelled sour and old. The rooms you could tell people had been smoking in the room had an odor the beds were half done

The property was a little rundown from the last time we stayed there. The bed wasn’t comfortable and seemed like it had seen better days. The young man that checked us in was nice and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a great variety. They need to clean the bathroom a little better and change out the shower curtain.

Beds were great!!! Breakfast was good. Bathroom floor tiles are cracked and moving around. Could cause an issue and sink and tub would not drain properly. Everything else was great! Staff was cordial!

I arrived late at night and found out that someone in the earlier shift gave my room to someone else so when I got my key I found the room already occupied.Luckily for all involved the gentleman was dressed and polite about someone unintentionally coming into his room. The night manager was very helpful and gave me a different room. When I pulled back the sheets on both Queen beds the sheets were obviously stained/dirty. I went to the night manager and he apoligized and gave me a 3rd room. The sheets were clean but the curtain's were very stained. I was so tired I just went to bed. Night manager was really nice. The lobby was the kind of clean you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. This was not a good stay, no fault to the night manager.

We were not there that long just to sleep and leave. Unfortunately there was barely warm water for a shower. I told the check out person and she did say they knew and were working on it.
Will say the breakfast had quite the selection and was good!!!

In light of the condition of this location I seriously doubt I will consider Holiday Inn’s for future accommodation. It needs to be renovated or bulldozed.

The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off every time it came on.made it difficult to sleep. Lukewarm shower. Mold on bottom side of soap dish in shower. Empty shower soap dispenser. Good breakfast.

Our air conditioner was pooling water under the carpet. Dirty water was all over the outside of the bathtub. There were dogs barking in the room across the hall, (no pet hotel). The staff was very friendly but I did not feel safe here at all.

Air didnt work great, compressor outside the building sounded like a racecar starting up and never going anywhere; thermostat never moved...not real great hot water

The staff here was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean and the AC worked great which is very important to us. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our check in rep. He was friendly and helpful. Our check in process was quick and they had a caddy for us to bring our bags up. Our bathroom was a little dirty and im need of some touch-ups..but overall we had an enjoyable experience. Our microwave was broken..but they replaced it right away.

The young lady that checked me in was very nice and accommodating. The room could have been cleaned a little better. The paint on the wall in the bathroom is peeling behind the toilet that needs some attention and the tub stopper needs to be replaced because the top knob part of the stopper kept coming off and when the shower is running it would closed the tub stopper which made it hard to pull up the stopper to open it so the water can drain out of the tub. The breakfast was ok it wasn’t a large selection as other Holiday Inn that I stayed at.
