Terrific location, great layout, beach and pool. Didn’t disappoint. Restaurants close. Privacy. Uno cards. Owner was on point and addressed any questions we had while visiting. Just a great place and experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. First time ever using VRBO.

This property was exactly as pictured in the online materials we saw. It is practically on the beach with a boardwalk right down to the sand. The pool area is furnished with comfortable seating/loungers and is situated so that you always feel the ocean breeze. The condo was well-appointed with all the amenities one could need for a wonderful beach vacation. It is just a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, activities, and the grocery store. Ours was definitely a four-star experience!

We had an outstanding experience at this beachfront condo. Located in the upscale "Mansions by the Sea" condo complex, the entire facilities, grounds, and amenities are well-maintained an in great shape. The beach is literally steps away from the large pool and this stretch of Sunset Beach / Treasure Island is usually very quite with white sandy beaches and enough wind/surf to attract surfers down by the jetties. The condo itself is in tip top shape. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed. The living area is huge and the furnishings are all upscale. Both bedrooms are very nice. We were in this property for 21 days and swapped back and forth a couple times between bedrooms. This condo is probably best suited for grown-ups but there were a few kids on the property. Children under 16 must be supervised at the pool as well as the entertainment room (pool table, ping pong, and foos ball). The property maintains a very large library and we went over several times to check out new books and puzzles. Mike, the owner, was easy to work with and very responsive. We had an issue with the dryer not working when we arrived but it was only an issue with the fuse box and it was quickly attended to by the on-site maintenance guy. All in all - I would rate this property a 10 out of 10.

The photographs for this Mansions condo accurately portray this spacious and well-appointed two-bedroom. We were especially drawn to the tasteful art work and gorgeous kitchen. Both bathrooms have beautifully tiled walk-in showers. Mansions has a heated pool and we loved walking directly out to the beach. Michael responded quickly whenever we contacted him.

From the first morning waking up to the most beautiful view, I knew we were going to love this place. Michael, the owner, was checking on us the first few days to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful large condo which was decorated very nice. The massive kitchen had everything you could possibly need. He supplied beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. The pool and beach areas were fantastic and the quiet streets, and beautiful walkways were great for early morning walks by and beach and bay area. Would highly recommend this place and it is so spacious it would be great for two couples. Management and staff at the Mansions were so very helpful and friendly. Tried to re-book for next year at same location, but already booked.
