a place just to spend the night.

If you're I have stayed here before on the second floor the rooms were much nicer this time I stayed at the lower level the couch in the room with all peeling and flaking because it was fake leather couldn't even sit on it asked for a blanket the walls had holes in it where it looks like someone had punched it very disappointed since the last time I stayed there I was on the second level do not stay on the first levelThere or no restaurants within walking distance

Very basic, cleanliness could be improved and state of repair as well. We've had an old leak patch on the ceiling pealing off and breakfast is on the go with porridge and some cupcakes available.
I would expect more for the price!

The furniture was quite shabby and the pillows were flat, but hey, we got a cheap room and saw the eclipse. About what we would expect for the money.

Good location but run down, needing a face lift. Tv remote needed 2 hands to operate because I had to hold the batteries in with one hand and operate the selectors with the other. Mattress was just ok and temperature controls difficult to regulate. Breakfast poor

Dirty hasn’t been updated for 50 years with all the same damaged furniture. But close to airport

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room had a toilet that the water had been turn off on. Upon opening the valve myself and filling the tank, test revealed that toilet was plugged and would not flush. I had to ask for another room. After moving to my new room upstairs found that there were no bath towels, so had to make the trip back to lobby for those. Really annoying after a great night out to be moving rooms and dealing with room deficiencies at 1:30am. Staff were all courteous and accomodating.

We were there on new years eve to get a flight in am.
The noise was terrible above us and next to us. We got no sleep.The heating system is very old.No temperature control.It was either to warm or we turned the heat off and then it was too cold.
We were told that breakfast was at 4 am but the door to eating area was locked. Due to a person problem in the lobby the attendant at the desk disappeared and was not even available by phone. We couldn't check out so left our room entrance cards at the desk.
We got no sleep,no breakfast and no am service!

We had no heat in our room. We stayed Dec 23,2023 and it was a cold night. We were so cold we couldn't sleep.

Really old run down motel type place. Except when i checked in, there was never any staff at the desk. The room was very dirty. I was jervous to even sleep in the bed. I checked for bed bugs, found more pieces of old food and garbage around and under the bed.
Soend the extra money to stay somewhere else, this place is awful. Not worth the money at all.

The location was convenient for us. The hotel itself has gone down hill since we last stayed here. Too bad since it is a good location but it badly requires some attention.

Extremely friendly lady at the front desk. Room could be a bit cleaner. Free breakfast could have more….. cereal, toast, bagels and juice. Overall for the price I was happy.

Curtains at the windows very poor condition {dreadful first impression when entering the room}.
Breakfast was adequate, but the appliances are in poor condition. It would certainly help the staff if the hotel was improved. The staff were first rate.

The plugged in heater in the room continually blew the breaker all night long. Got very cold in room overnight. No coffee pot in room as stated. The so-called “super” complimentary breakfast was cold coffee in the pot which had been there since 4am, wrinkled apples, a nutribar and mini store bought muffins My son was writing an exam at the airport so had to go find somewhere for breakfast as they had nothing. The only good thing was the staff was friendly. Should have looked at reviews before booking.

Stayed for a night with 2 kids. We chose the place because it is near the airport, as expected we can hear the planes taking off/ landing. The property is old; there was a coffee maker with dirty filter. The room was not really clean. The staff were helpful and pre-booked us a taxi for 530am. The hotel offers coffee and mini muffins and granola bar which we had while waiting for the taxi.

Smelly dirty, worn out bed, furniture in very used and abused condition, shower not safe carpets stained and musty smelling, heating unit was a noisy rellic

On arrival the room was clean, good towels. I was there for 2 nights, upon my return the bed was not made, the garbage was not removed, bathroom seemed to have been cleaned. There didn’t seem to be much control of the temperature. The bed was comfortable.

Checked into our room and when we pulled back the sheets there was a huge stain. I have a picture. The night manager came and gave us new sheets but never offered any apologies or a reprieve or discount on the room. We had three rooms book for a wedding. Will never stay in a super 8 again. Terrible service

The bed was terrible - sounded like you were sleeping on an air mattress. Pilllows were so flat and uncomfortable. No nightlight in the bathroom so you had to turn on the full light to use the facilities at night ...and the switch for the lights are 3 feet from the door on the outside of bathroom so EVERYONE in the room gets a blast of light. But the bed was the worst.

We rented 3 rooms. In one of the rooms the breaker kept on blowing causing the heater to not work, they moved the kids to a different room.
The second room had a bugs in the bed, the doorknob was broken. The toilet was broken. Not a pleasant stay.

Everything at the hotel is ancient. The couch was all ripped and falling apart. The whole cushion had material missing. Carpet looks like someone was murdered there. Everything was very outdated. The bathroom was clean. They only provide you with one face cloth and one towel. Couple hand towels. They new we were 4 staying. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the third day. Their supreme grab and go breakfast is bite sized muffins and granola bars.
I guess you get what you pay for but I was shocked to see a super 8 in this condition. I guess they went downhill.

Very average accomodation close to Hamilton airport. All staff were friendly and accomodating. Long term parking on-site is very reasonable. Grab and go breakfast was sub standard.

The facilities were sadly lacking some updates.
sink faucet was not attached, loveseat very worn out material, wall damaged, bathroom counter damaged at corners, desk chair worn out material, curtains had lining wearing off in places, the clock was on the floor behind the night stand which makes me doubt the cleaning job that was done. The noise carries through from one room to the next and doors close loudly from one room to another. The light switch for bathroom was on the outside of bathroom, but on hinge side of the door, very awkward.

This place is in BAD need of renos. We had 2 rooms. One room looked like there was blood stains on the mattress. The ground floor rooms sliding doors were partially open and the room was freezing. I was able to get the door closed tho.
Customer service is not bad. But it’s a shady hotel.
