Wow! What a dump! Didn’t even check in. The property is so dirty and run down we didn’t want to walk in the front door but we decided to at least have a look, then we met the manager/owner. Rude and unengaged, felt like we were interrupting his afternoon nap. He never hung up his cell phone while he was talking to his boyfriend. Then the final straw, he wanted to photocopy my ID. I said no way you are doing that, and he flatly said then you don’t get a room. Walked out to him calling me names. It’s actullay my fault, for not checking the reviews. 100s of poor reviews just like mine, black mold, bed bugs, stains… it goes on. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here. EXPEDIA SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PROPERTY.

BED BUGS! My wife and I booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night because of bed bugs. We were woken up by bed bugs bites in the middle of the night. We called the fron desk for a change of rooms, they said there was no other room available. We left after 1 night and asked for a refund. We were told that nobody had complained about bed bugs in that particular room before!!! They refused to refund even the night we were not going to spend there. Expedia really needs to vet places like this before allowing people to book through them. We went to another hotel and spent money we didn't have to spend after a night of bed bugs!!

I had a room booked for two nights, only stayed one night. I was uncomfortable and worried all night. The sheets were nasty and the floor was sticky. It appears to be very slezzy. I have been to a lot of places all over the world, this was by far the worst place

There were bed bugs and cockroaches. Used soap bars in the bathroom. No complimentary breakfast like they say. Their pictures are very deceiving!!

Property is old and needs an update. No issues with it being clean.

Firstly, the property is NOT what is shown on the website. It was very difficult to find & in a rough looking neighborhood. It did not meet our expectations from the photos on the website. The lobby upholstered furniture was horribly stained and dirty. The ice machine also in the lobby was so loud you couldn’t talk of the phone. The entire lobby was filled with overwhelming cooking smells that permeated the rooms closest to the lobby. The room we reserved was shabby with drapery that hanging off the curtain rods & dirty. We asked to cancel or reservation refund our money. The manager gave me a # to call Expedia & tell you to call his hotel & cancel the reservation. I tried for over 1/2 hr to get thru but kept getting disconnect or told the booking was active & could not be cancelled at that time. The manager was very helpful but explained he could refund my credit card because of the way he was paid thru Expedia’s virtual credit card. Said he would do everything to contact Expedia and get my money & my reward credits refunded. Later that day, he called & said he was able to refund my money & I should received it in 7-10 days. I appreciate all the manager did to help us. Expedia however should physically check the hotels they are recommending so this doesn’t happen again.

The lobby had stained sofas which set the tone. The linoleum floor in the room was sticky as was the lamp switch. I would never stay there again.

the hotel bed was sinking, the room smelled like pine sol. The room was close to parking and road-very noisy. The hotel workers kids were next door and were hitting the wall. the bathroom was gross and had bugs. never again

This hotel is right off the thruway, so you could hear the tractor-trailers go by. There was an odor throughout the building. Although, the room looks clean at first glance, the floor was sticky ( maybe from a cleaning chemical but it didn't smell clean), the baseboards were dirty, water was very hot which was great but not a lot of water pressure, the bed was awful (soft, lumpy and noisy)

Must gotten smoking which I did not request. Smell cigarettes smell all night give us a headache. Room is dark. Sheets was not clean. Room was very noise. It was not worth value.

As soon as we entered the building the place smelled smoky and musty. Old and outdated building. Our room was ok but tub had ground in dirt that was never properly cleaned and maintained, mold in freezer of the small refrigerator, windows nailed shut on first floor, filthy, trash filled view from our window. Loud banging noises throughout the night, at one point was so loud I thought it was thundering right overhead but it wasn’t, clear moonlit night. At 6:30am a couple yelling right outside our room. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The motel represents that breakfast is included. It is not. Not particularly clean. Dreary.

For $184.00 this was a complete rip off. Don't even know where to begin. Old, dilapidated building (duct tape on the floor hallway to cover the flooring seams/cracks?), musty smelling (no smoke alarms in the rooms, but a couple of air fresheners), deeply stain covered furniture (room and common areas), thin walls, exacerbated by noise from the immediately adjacent highway off/on ramps and a very questionable group of clientle coming and going at all hours (doors constantly slamming). Made several attempts to locate the manager to cancel my stay and leave, but he was not at the front desk. If you are traveling and are tired, don't stop here. You most likely will not get either a comfortable nor a good nights rest. Keep going.

Not to bad but for the price I expected better, got a Moist feeling when entering the room, and when the AC was on it blows the curtains up so anyone outside can see in I just put something so hold them down but there’s a gas station at walking distance and also a bagel shop since they don’t serve breakfast

I’m sorry to say this was the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed in in my life. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower head was broken. I can’t believe it’s still actually in business.
