The front desk staff was amazing! Room was clean and decent. We did switch out of our first room because it smelled like weed and the shower curtain rod was broken. They switched us right away. The hotel is not in the greatest of neighborhoods but we never felt unsafe.

Everything was great, the receptionist was informational and did stress that the $50 hold would fall off. The only real issue I had was the person above me had their kid running around at 11pm and at 8am. (Didn’t really care too much for the 11pm) other than that I’ve had a great experience.

Every time I go visit my daughter I stay here. It is clean and friendly and the breakfast is good too. It is also very close to my daughters house. Couldn't ask for any better than that!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly . The facility was a nice place to stay and close to places to eat and visit.

The room was disgusting, there was some kind of foreign substance on the wall, the sheets and blankets were stained and the tv wouldn’t turn up down or change Chanel. When I asked the front desk for batteries to try fixing the remote, I was told to come back when their 3rd shift returned to work. I my wife then asked to leave so we did

The man at the front desk was very nice. The room was very clean and well maintained. There was a brand new ice machine at the front desk, so we didnt have any trouble getting ice. They had a vending machine with chips, còokies, and other snacks, so that was very convenient. Wendys is just down the road also....maybe little less than a mile away,

We have stayed here several times when we visit family.
It convenient, clean, and check in and out went very well. The employees were very nice and helpful. We love that in the room, they have extra counter space and an extra sink. It comes in handy.

Employees were very friendly. The place a little outdated but they said they were going to start updating in the future. We did like the location for both US24 and US75. Would consider staying here again.

Very dirty. My feet were dark brown from walking in the room. The bathroom door was broken and could not be closed. The tub was stained. We paid $180 a night. Very loud and questionable area with regard to safety.

Close to the Chickamauga Battlefield at an affordable price. Room could have used a good cleaning around the edges. Can't say enough about the staff, they were tremendously helpful.

We booked this in the last minute for our Chattanooga trip and it was good value for money and not too far from Chattanooga either. The staff were very friendly especially Jay at the front desk.

OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older,but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.

Loved this place. It was clean and well maintained. In fact they were renovating other rooms while I was there. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly.
