Was staying at the hotel for a visit to DC area. Usually this chain is great. Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations cleanliness was not there. Guest elevator was not working only construction elevator was working. Dust everywhere. Breakfast area was not clean, same room is used for registration. Room was average. There was no soap in the room. Window was very drafty. Had to use extra blankets to stay warm. Hope that renovations will do the trick.

Property is being renovated, check in desk poorly relocated to breakfast room. Noisy and dirty. My shower was not working and I had to get another room.

We were looking for a hotel with connecting rooms, a fridge in the rooms, and good reviews. This hotel said it had all three, but after booking when we called to be sure our rooms were connecting, we were told that our room (2 doubles) could not connect. We'd have to switch to a king, which meant having less beds for our large group. We were left with half of our family down the hall from us. The fridge was very important for us, yet neither fridge in our 2 rooms were cold. We called and were told all we could do is turn it to max coldness, which we had already done and it still did not keep our food cold at all. We had 2 rooms for 5 days and the beds were only made once during that time. Not all of our trash was taken out. Upon arrival, the bathroom had what appeared to be pee on the floor near the toilet in one of our rooms. We arrived late at night so we did not call then, thinking it would just be cleaned the next morning when housekeeping came. It was still there the next day. The included breakfast was so unappetizing that I did not go again after the first day and I am not a picky eater at all. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to others.

Space. A bit brown but reasonable decor. Ok mirror lights. Could have done with a hand held for we gals. Nice to have separate areas. Created spaciousness. Most hotel b’fasts not good. Your competition is not tough but still, good to get a reasonable b’fast b4 a flight. No decent food on those any more. Thank you.

Front desk always seemed preoccupied as if clients coming in were secondary to medial task. Shirt and outfit ragged by front desk. Room and Housekeeping were GREAT!....Remove pop corn ceiling ...dates the hotel. Carpets through put need steam clean. Would return for a stya

Polite staff team, clean rooms, close to some food options and easy access to main roads.

It was fine for a one night stopover, but I would not consider this an "airport" hotel or use it in the future. It is 8 miles away from Dulles, more conducive for local stays, and only offers 1 shuttle/per hour to/from the Airport, whereas the Hyatt House Dulles North and Hyatt Place East in Herndon, are just minutes away from IAD and offer convenient shuttles at least 2x/hourly making it more convenient. Staff were generally pleasant and trying hard in customer service at this property, but food options were limited and having to catch an earlier ride to the airport in the a.m., missed the free breakfast & coffee entirely.

Only one elevator was working which led to several minutes wait times. No shower gel in the bathroom. No complimentary bottle of waters which were offered to me at other Hyatt locations. No lotion in the room.

Ice machine only located in 3rd and 5th floor and 4rd wasnt working and the water fountain want working no water to drink staff wasn't friendly and room has a smell

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had some time to waste before leaving and I enjoyed spending it at the pool.

The things I didn't like was the scratchy blankets and the AC unit was so loud. Everything else was fine. Doors and walls are kind of thin.

We stay here every time we come to town. Clean and has a decent free breakfast.
