The air conditioner is noisy and the elevator lobby is too old.

The staff was friendly. The area behind the bed was dirty, I misplaced my tablet pen so I move the bed and found trash. The wall above the tub is crack. If you turn off the air conditioning the smell in the room turn awful.

Very clean, soft bed and sheets! Breakfast was great! Pool was clean, kids loved it. Staff was very friendly and nice. Will definitely stay again!!

My room was on the third floor, the hall smelt bad and the room was hot. The bathroom had bad walls especially around floor, the toliet wasn't even bolted down. The ceiling over the a/c was dirty and discolored like it had a leak. The remote would'nt turn the tv off so I had to unplug it. We were so tired I just put a towel over where I was gonna sleep and we left 1st thing the next morning. Also just a note, we could hear other people going to the bathroom and showering and we had people above us with kids running and playing and you could hear and it seemed like even feel evey step they made and anyone else. I have never made a review on a hotel and weve stayed in some that i knew ahead of time were gonna be questionable but the pictures and words that describe this place are very misleading to me. I could have spent a few dollars more for a nicer one across the road and will next time.

Great stay and comfortable, however thought the room smelled a little like smoke…so maybe please make sure there’s no smoking in the rooms or deodorize a little more.

The staff was friendly and helpful enough but everything else about this place was gross and uncomfortable. For starters, my room, though adorable and spacious, smelled musty and the hallways throughout the entire building smelled like smoke (alternately cigarette and weed smoke, plus the stairwells smelled like gas). And the hot breakfast was disappointing. (Powdered eggs? For almost a $200 a night stay?) I was very put off by this hotel. It’s like no one cares about quality here.

Nice and quiet area. The hotel was spotless, comfortable bed. Overall great place and stay. Minor inconveniences: Room said sofa bed, but was not an actual sofa bed but a sectional type couch. The hallway on the floor was extremely hot.

If anything made my stay amazing was the staff. His name was Tracey and he made sure we was ok. He is very customer friendly and LaQuinta is very lucky to have an employee with such great spirit. Breakfast was also made by him and was amazing

Our first room smelled like someone had smoked more than cigarettes. The 2nd try was better but the bathroom needed work. Mold in the ceiling, toilet was loose, walls and door needed fresh paint and repair. We won't be back.

We had few problems during stay. Hallway on the third floor was having sting smell of smoke all the time. One night we could not sleep as smoke alarm was beeping every 30 minutes for whole night.
Then next morning we ask to change the room.
One day they close breakfast early and we did not know that they have different time of breakfast for weekend and weekdays. So we did not get breakfast on Monday morning.

Everything wàs great from the check in to the check out. The breakfast was good and filling. The only set back was the guest in the room abovd me was noisy walking on the floor while trying to sleep.

Staff was nice. Stayed for 5 days did not get room services until 4th day. Everything was broken on room door to bathroom, handle for drawer, telephone. Would not come back needs major update.

Check in went pretty smooth, but the lady working the front desk (no name tag) was not friendly at all. The room was very nice. Beds were comfy, breakfast was just ok. Elevator needs some repairs but overall it was a comfortable stay. Convenient location to everything.

It was well maintained hotel and the room was quiet. The breakfast would have been nice, but the warming tray was to hot and the eggs were to dry. We were on the early side of breakfast, so it wasn't because the eggs were left in the tray to long. Likewise, the warming tray for the biscuits was to hot and they were extremely dry. This could be a one time event as everything else was great.

The clerk was not very welcoming and demanded that a be made on the room that I prepaid for on the website. When we received the key for the room we headed for the 3rd floor for room 319. As we stepped out of the elevator we were greeted by a terrible odor similar to a toilet that may have backed up. Our room was fine however. I reported it to the clerk who said that she would tell someone about it in the morning.
