It is right behind a Walmart and we were able to zip over there for things we didn't know we needed.

Check in was to late in the evening 3,4 pm no phone number to call them on app , out by 11am not worth my money , comforter was horrible got in a wad carpet stained no hair cap shower bottom of tub not safe to much noise outside smoking area .

Was pretty bad, they had rude staff and they didn’t say that they have problems, they have not working keys so every time you have to get to your room you need to ask the staff for help, they also didn’t have working wifi I ask for the manager and they just said that tomorrow when he gets there, he never did, one time that I ask for, when is the key and wifi going to work? The front desk guy said to me that I just paid for the room not the amenities, he was pretty rude

We will be filing a complaint with the local authorities. They refused are very wonderful service dog and made us leave the premises before we even checked in. We inform them of the law and that that is not acceptable and they said they didn't care. This was going to be our second stay there but we will never go again

The common areas and our room was very clean upon our arrival. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced during the day while we were gone. I called the front desk and let them know. They reported it and brought us fresh towels to use quickly. This was disappointing since this is a service paid for an included in the price of the room. The cleaning service apparently wrote that we 'denied cleaning service' when they came to our room which was not true since we were gone 8a-9p that day. Everything else was good.

They closed the hotel, and even when promised a total refund they did not cover any part of it. They ask to call to front desk and no one answers.

At first we were disappointed. The fridge and microwave were not working, after alerting the staff they were quick to remedy this issue.

On-site team refused to quiet a VERY LOUD room. Didn’t call the police and completely ignored my requests to make the situation better! There was def call girls in the room playing loud music! I will never stay here again!

We stayed here before crossing the border for vacation in Mexico. It was clean, affordable and was right next to the Walmart which is very convenient. The breakfast was good, and we had a great rest.

The room we stayed at floor was caving in , everything in the room was slanted and the desk and chair was tipping.

We love how they have a heated pool, except it was just the hot tub not the big pool. The breakfast was great and the staff has great customer service.

The place was good just that the 2 rooms 335 & 319 phones do not work thank God for cell phones but was upset that my grandkids know to use the land phone incase of & emergency cause they don't have cell phones
