Everyone was so nice and friendly. I can't say enough about the staff and the owners. The rooms were very clean. Also the hotel is close to many stores, restaurants and a Brewery!

I only stood for 2 nights. My room was comfortable and clean including the bathroom. I was here attending my daughter's volleyball tournament and she was with her team at another hotel. This was my first time being alone. I just needed a place to sleep. I would definitely recommend Best Stay Inn.

The room was not clean at all. The tables had dust, the beds were really dirty

Check in wasn't handled properly. The property was very old, very outdated, dingy, clean but very dark room, stale smell, old. Did not feel safe to stay there, went to the Extended Stay next door for the night paying a little more but worth it. Upset that I lost my payment for this motel for the night.

Good price, convenient to my destination. Very nice people. Quick in and out. clean room, clean bathroom, clean sheets, and towels. Firm enough bed. TV worked fine. I could park right by my door. In short, everything I wanted. The rug in the room had an ugly pattern, but that just made the whole thing perfect!

Older motel, careworn, but very clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a place to sleep and get a shower for the next day with no frills, this is the place to stay.

Our stay was as expected. The other reviews were spot on. Our room was very clean. The price of the room was appropriate. It is a no frills place to spend the night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy check in. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Parking was abundant and available right outside our room. The price for this room for a Saturday night was excellent! Will return here for any future visits to this area.

Excellent choice for a budget hotel, clean and quiet. The room/furniture was a little beat up, and the wifi didn't work for half the night but those are minor for me. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I grew up in Manchester.. nice motel for the price…owners/ staff were very nice.. stayed for 2 nights visiting family…the remodel of the motel was pleasantly surprised.. very clean room… the only draw back is the furnitures are old but it would not prevent me from back… also the highway is not far from the motel, so can be a bit noisy, but not terrible

Older, but renovated property. Our room was CLEAN and comfortable, though a little on the small side. Due to COVID, housekeeping services were not provided, but supplies and fresh towels, etc., were available at the front desk. No in-room coffee was a disappointment and there are no places that are close by to obtain same. However, for the price of the stay, this was motel is a good value. We didn't make the trip to stay in the room.

Affordable, clean option for those needing to overnight in Manchester CT. Close to highway, shopping and restaurants. Motel is run by a very nice family.
