The mattresses were hard, as were the pillows. The hotel hallways were dirty . The bathroom was a bit rundown and I had to fix the toilet because it kept running. The room itself was clean and tidy.
It was easy to access from the 401. Breakfast was ok.

It's a very bad hotel with unreasonable charges. I went there at noon, but the manager wont allow me to check in unless I pay extra $20 per hour before 3pm. It's my first time to have so terrible experience. If you have no clean room, we can wait. But since you have clean room, why not let people check in and have good rest, even I said I will check out at 3pm, they can sell my room again. I pay one night fee just stay there 3 hours! But the manage was very serious and insist me to pay extra charges. According to your rules, maybe you are right, but you should remember that you are service industry and supply good service to customer as much as possible, even there is no any extra loss for your hotel. I will be never to live there, it is not the money, but it's service attitude and professional spirit.

Booking was simple and the price was reasonable. We booked two rooms and both had ants. There were also stains on the sheets in one of the rooms. I'm not expecting anything fancy in a Super 8, but I do expect clean and bug-free.

Front desk guy , i believe his name was raj , was very helpful with hotel questions as well as giving directions to help us find the best ways to get to our destinations as we weren't familiar with Toronto much

Nice looking hotel, disappointed exercise room was closed as it was one of reasons I selected this hotel. No do not disturb signs for doors so room was made up. Maid moved my things around- not okay. Took away my bath mat, left no replacement. Moved garbage can I had relocated due to being left handed...despite me still being there for another night -so leave things where I put them! Door frames, bathroom wall near counter, electrical receptacles were all dirty and grimy. Could see other people's fingerprints on cupboard holding fridge and on dresser drawers...cringe.

The bathroom had bugs, blood and make-up stains on the walls around the vanity area and toilet. The light switches needed sanitizing. The shower stall grout work could have used some bleach to remove the black mould build-up. I lysoled some of the light switches as well as the tv converter. It was not a good choice for a stay at $140.00.

You used to get what you pay for...not so much here. Staff can barely speak English, had my credit card info messed up.

Currently this is being used as a hostel/shelter so people are constantly coming and going … it’s loud people in the hallway by your room door talking on phone .. no security rooms dirty and mold in bathrooms no hot water for shower forget the internet since everybody is on it …. Would never stay again!!!

The pool had people giving swimming lessons in it, so there wasn't mush room for my kids and I to play.
The TV didn't work (Rogers box) took a while to get it fixed, then it didn't work again.

Stains on sheets and pillow cases. Washroom was disgusting. I wouldn't even wash my dog in that shower. Overall this is a poorly maintained and operated hotel.

The room was good. The area they put us was bad. Very noisy. Vacuuming at 5 a.m., neighbour room had a loud call at 3 a.m. so much so we had to call front desk to shut him up, lots of talking outside our room at 7 a.m.. The staff was very nice and should only put business people on the main floor. Retirees should be placed in quieter area.

Good hotel. Ten minute walk to GO Train station. Effortless check in / check out. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but the room was too small to accommodate all customers. Room isn’t the standard layout but that’s not a bad thing. Has a closed bed area sofa separated by bathroom and one main sink.

Very disappoint at the state of room. Left after 10mins! Could not stay there as the bedding, head board of bed and other furniture was dirty!!
Had very high concerns about signs of bed bug activity!!!
Person at the front desk did not ask any questions about why we were leaving so quickly.
I requested that the security deposit on my credit card be reversed immediately!!

Good location hotel-near the Bus stop and Train station. 10mins walk to KFC, 15mins to other resto.

The room is not perfect, with 2big beds conducive for sleeping. No bedbugs. TV, AC, microwave, coffee maker, heater, hair dryer, flat iron are all functioning well. Daily housekeeping and refills of shampoo soap and lotion.
Free breakfast— variety of bread and spreads to choose. self service waffle maker. Different fruit Juices, tea, coffee and milk. fresh fruits available.
all in all you’ll get what you paid for.
still, i recommend it to travellers to stay in.

Location is great. The property/hotel is clean and well maintained from what I could tell. My room had everything I needed and was very clean as well.

We like the property because the public transport was easily accessible,was quite and safe for my family.

Hotel is ok. Good value for the money. Cons, paint in the washroom could be improved. Pillows in my opinion were uncomfortable, that prevented me of having a good night sleep.
Pros, no carpet in the room and nice decor, clean feeling. Breakfast included, however i found the serving time not too friendly (6 to 9) if you want to relax a little bit longer you'll miss it.
Overall, I'd stay again here, I'd just find a good pillow.

The room was dirty and the air conditioner stopped working every 5 min or so. Hot and sticky

The staff and the family that own this location are super nice and very personable. Though this facility could use an upgrade it is extremely neat and well taken care of.
The downfall is that the walls are paper thin and you are on a busy road. This makes for a late night and an early morning. I was able to hear what was going on next door and I know that they heard everything that I was saying.
There was two TVs in the room, however, only one was working. I was afraid of doing too much moving on the bed since there was a terrible squeak that emanated. I was sure it was going to bring all of the other travelers over to see what kind of brothel they were staying next too. So I moved as little as possible once in bed.

Smallest $200+/night room I’ve ever stayed in. Coffee was terrible. Pool was nice.

They were polite and the place was fine. Suite had AC in the bedroom but not in the living area which got really hot later in the day. My keys had to be reprogrammed every day as they weren’t working when I got back, and there are swimming lessons happening weeknights in the pool, making it really disruptive to go swimming.

Very kind staff and great pool. My children enjoyed their stay, particularly the pool.
