This location I chose specially because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was working with the jets on however the water was cold... it was not hot or warm at all. The staff said they were waiting for a part to fix the hot tub. This kind of information should be passed on to the consumer before booking a stay when something on the property is not working as it described in the hotel information.

For my initial room, I was assigned a room that was already occupied. Luckily, no one was in there when I entered.
Also, the hotel was very outdated in design & decor. Furniture in room was dirty / worn. Bed sheets were not thoroughly cleaned. Loose hair and dirt.

Great stay, it was quiet, which was a god send. The pool was relaxing as was the hot tub in the pool area, my family loved spending time there.
The breakfast was very tasty as well, which compared to most hotels was a surprise.

We have stayed here several times when we stay in Dayton on our return trips from the East Coast. Always a pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was not up to date. Very old looking. Room floor was filthy, was quite surprised at the downturn in quality, frankly. Would definitely not be our first choice next time.

This hotel isn't as nice as some of the other Comfort Inns, but the price is also reflective of that ($89 per night, which is still too much). The main concern was the poor condition of the hallway and stair carpets/floors. You could feel the holes under the carpet as you walked. But overall, this was a descent hotel. Rather pay a little less for this Comfort than more for some of the nicer ones.

I have been completely unable to get the property to provide me with a billing statement and/or receipt for the charges it will submit (or has submitted) to my company credit card, which leaves me in the position of having to dispute the charges so as to force Choice Hotels to substantiate its charges. This is incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional, and I cannot recommend anyone patronize this property if that is how they regularly do business.

Stayed at Comfort Inn for first time and it was way more than I expected for the price! Very clean and the rooms are large and comfortable and updated!! When I travel I will always consider Comfort Inn/Suites!

We were looking forward to going in the pool and hot tub. The pool was green and my child didn't get to go in. I went in the hot tub but was overcome by the chlorine smell. I had gone to the front desk a couple of times and had to go looking for assistance. When we checked in, I had to go back later because the registration card couldn't be found. Thankfully we weren't there for too long. Dissatisfied with this location.

Outlets plugs on bedside need replacing, easier access to outlets, beside pulling end tables out to plug stuff in, which is a code violation, exposed internal wires hole in wall outlet, with a rigged up power strip-I will not be staying there again.

Car alarms going off all night. People in and out of stairwell door which was loud. Bed sheets made us all itch. TV remote didn’t work which they resolved.
Biggest issue wasn’t necessarily the hotel itself or the staff but if I could go back in time I’d have paid the extra $20 for the Drury Inn a couple blocks away.

This is an older hotel that shows its age a bit. The staff was outstanding, offering us a suite when our booked room was not available. I wish it had been a bit more up to date. In addition, there was an unsavory character in the parking lot, but the hotel had nothing to do with that. I don't know if there were any security cameras.

The pool was cold. The hot tub wasn’t working. At 1050 they knocked on our door asking us if we were leaving by 11 am. They stood at the door waiting for us to leave. I feel paid too much for what we got.

The suite was okay, room was not very clean, some things in the room didnt work like lights in bedroom.

Comfortable, decently maintained room (Got a king room, which had a separate bedroom, with a door). Heat/AC worked great. Living area and bedroom had their own TVs.
Bathroom was fine. Internet was good.
Fitness center was pretty basic.
Breakfast cuts off earlier than you might expect.
Reasonably clean, not amazing, but acceptable.
Has a hot tub / whirlpool / spa, which seems somewhat rare in this class of hotel, in this area.

Very gross, the shower was so dirty and there was so much hair in the drain we couldn’t use it, The room was non smoking and it smelled very badly like smoke. Would not go back.

The roof by the pool was collapsing in. The water in both the pool and hot tub was so green, you couldn’t see the bottom. The coffee was disgusting. The beds are very hard. We left a day early even though it was already paid for.

Had experience with this property from previous stays. There were no problems. This time was different. A pill was on the bathroom floor. What looked like old drops of blood on the curtains, and in the elevator. Many people hanging outside the doors, presumably smoking. We were very uneasy during the stay. It was not at all relaxing. Would not stay here again.
