Stay was ok, hot water didn't work the last day we were there. convenient location.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in thousands of hotels. Bathroom was dirty, patched together. The entire place was run down. The TV kept freezing up. The front desk was a mess and the attendant was sleeping in the back. Also had some unsavory people using a room for possibly drug trade. Tub was painted and missing coating.

We didn't stay at all! Checked in and immediately felt unwelcome. Walked in room and door lock was broke, smelled horrible and the bathroom was nasty. A bunch of Hair in the tub - disgusting... we turned around and checked out and let to another hotel. Worst experience

Excellent prices older hotel in cortland, tastefully updated, clean, well maintained & reasonably comfortable, Internet very slow as well as Television content glitched ( delayed ) every few minutes.

Property & rooms need to be updated. My non- smoking room smelled of stale smoke. I ran tap for 3 minutes - no hot water. Poor quality of pictures on TV.

The floors were dirty. The bed was more bouncy than a trampoline. Our sheets had crumbs on them. We stayed not even a hour and booked a different hotel. The front desk did offer us a different room and did give a partial refund. The tv was old and had poor quality picture. The room smelled musty and Smokey.

Learned while I was there it was bought and is going to be torn down and made into a parking lot. No one will miss it.

This place is so gross. Holes in the walls, no smoke detectors, hair on the sheets, bathroom floor and sink dirty.

Room was not what I reserved, not a King bed nor was it accessible, dirty room, finger prints on the mirror, holes in wall and in the ceiling tile, stains on the wall and ceiling tile and on the blanket and sheets, had to kill a large but in the room, garbage in the parking lot. Although I reserved a room for 2 nights I only stayed 1 night due to the conditions, and was told I would not recieve a refund for the second night even though I didn't stay. I would never ever ever recommend this hotel for anyone.

This place is close to plenty of dining options, easy to park and find your room, staff is friendly and helpful but most of all the rooms are quiet and clean which is super inviting and leaves an lasting impression of service and attention.

Room was not in very good condition, it was clean but thats it, bathroom needs alot of help, tv quality made me feel like watching old tube tvs. And the matress very thin,springy and uncomfortable. The staff... well not much of any and they Dont serve breakfast as is says online when booking.

We stay at this hotel, and the rooms were dirty and also I don’t know what animal bite my body ending up with huge bites like bee bites around my neck and arms

Our room only looked some what cleaned. The entire room looked like patch work was done all over. Bathroom door had a big crack/whole on the back of it. The room smelled musty & like somebody had previously smoked in it- even though door said non-smoking. But Mostly musty. Room too dark. Surrounding area and stairwells looked filthy. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. $160 for 1 night is terrible. Absolutely terrible that all the big name hotels price gouge at this time of year.

The place looked dangerous and dirty to begin with. Woke up with bug bites all over (bed bugs we hadn’t seen when we checked the beds). Door didn’t lock and someone tried to barge in. Also shower took forever to start. Will never be staying here again. Absolutely awful. They should be shut down.

Initially booked 4 nights. Found bed bugs and asked a spray, after a sleepless night, I checked out on the 2nd day. However, the night was fully charged although.

Room is dirty and in disrepair. Cigarette burns on tub. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Door lock loose. If you don't specifically ask early in the day for your room to be cleaned they will not clean it. Wifi unusable. Long-term residents? living in one wing. When I got there plastic bags were blocking part of second floor hallway. Do not bring your kids here.

Low clearance on the entrance, poorly marked. Destroyed the roof of my vehicle. Management said "it happens all the time ".

The property was kinda clean. Very run down. No pictures on the wall. No soap or shampoo. Had great difficulty checking in. Had trouble with charge card. Manager spoke very broken English. Hard to understand

We went there especially for the included breakfast in the price and turn out they serve it on weekend only. No where online it was written weekend only, we would have went somewhere else.

Our stay was a good one. Excellent customer service. Convenient location within walking distance to shops. Will be back in December with the rest of the family.

The only positive for this hotel was that it was inexpensive & close to SUNY Cortland. It was located in a sketchy part of town (homeless person was sleeping in the ice machine vestibule). The entire property was outdated & in disrepair. Our non-smoking room smelled. The bathtub faucet dripped continuously. The inside of the mini-fridge was covered in frost. The internet/cable was spotty and kept freezing-up. I was embarrassed to bring my teenager to this hotel . . .

Room and property were dirty and unsafe. There was a homeless person sleeping in the hallway by the ice machine. The service was awful. The toilet seat was broken and even though we asked thy never came to fix it. We asked to have our room cleaned and that never happened

I’ve never seen a preshitted toilet, the cigarette burns in the bedding was classy. Clearly druggies run thru the establishment at all hours of the night. I’m not gonna use Expedia to book any future stays

When we got there it seemed a bit sketchy. The person who checked us in was nice. When we took the stairs to the second floor it smelled of urine. The room itself smelled musty too. The room itself was out dated. The beds were comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep and shower then this place is ok. If you want the Ritz hotel, this is not the place.
