Cleanliness was on point, and service was perfect.

Everything was rusty and falling apart. The bathroom floor was coming up.

My stay in Motel 6 was exciting, the room was cleaned twice a week but very well done. The corridors were also hovered periodically and disturbance was non existent.
The only problem l faced was lack of hot water or coffee maker in my room. Breakfast was also not served unlike most hotels in America

As soon as we checked in we decided to relax in bed and someone knock at the door and suddenly open the door with his own key card... i felt very upset that someone has access to go inside your room..

It is/was a clean room. Bed, toilet, shower, towels & a TV. Missing guest amounts of shampoo, hair drier, a mini fridge and microwave. Utilitarian with overtones of fresh paint and decent hall carpet. I have stayed here before; I am able to say that the experience is consistent.

Stay away unless you are just staying a night and not planning to spend much time at hotel. Rundown hotel with unfriendly staff and poor amenities. Poor wifi service. Poor room service.

No hair dryer and ai had to surrender my id to get the hair dryer. Poor bed condition, no iron box or place to iron my shirt.

The staff were nice, the room was clean, but even though i ALWAYS, get a non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke, and for me, that is very uncomfortable.

Katrina had the room very clean. The evening and the night shift desk people were very kind and help me with directions and just we’re friendly. I would recommend your motel and stay there next trip. Thank you.

Dirty with Bed bugs and unsafe. Staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. They would not give us any kind of discount after I woke up, covered in hives and found the bugs in the bed. There were fights in the hallway and people constantly trying to get into out room, shaking the handle around Midnight. If you don't like poor sleep, physical pain, and the feeling of being threatened in the middle of the night, don't stay here. I would have rather slept in my car.

They didn’t wanted to rent me the hotel just because i asked if i i can have a discount just because i wanted to get it for more than a week and the workers ask the manager and he just got mad and today I tried to go to rent it and I did the reservation and they told No!

This Motel 6 has helpful staff, clean rooms, and a great location if you need to be near the Springfield Interchange. It's also the best-priced hotel in the area! There are no drawbacks or minuses, but just note that in exchange for the low price the hotel has minimal facilities: no breakfast or restaurant, for example, although there are lots of places very close by.

Lobby and hallways to my room had a strong cigarettes smell. My room was clean but no shampoo nor conditioner were included. I was already in the shower when noticed it. For the price, room was clean and hotel location very convenient.

No tv service and when told front desk they said nothing can do. Toilet wouldn’t flush. And Wi-Fi didn’t work. I felt like I just paid for a bed to sleep on.
I got off work at midnight and came to room and nothing was in working order.
Heads up if you book this place they give no refund even if it’s their fault. They don’t like to hold any accountability for their building and how it operates mechanically.

This hotel is crap, no fridge and no macro way either.

Inside and out smelled terrible of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Even inside the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke.
I had low expectations of a cheap hotel to sleep for a few hours, but all of our noses, hips and backs are very angry with my choice of this cheap hotel.
Positive, was pet friendly and I didn’t die.

Had 2 rooms for 3 days / 2 nights. Ac inoperable in one room, other room's phone didnt work. Not allowed to switch to real rooms.

The general manager was very rude and actuallty kicked me and my 3 yr old out only because i inqured why she was the only one charging me 5$ additional for a microwave wheni reserved a room that was already suppose to have one in it.. i paid for the room already and she still was still nasty and rude
