Highlights were the breakfast and cleanliness of the room and beds. Certain staff lacked hospitality. It seems to be an older property that has had minor upgrades. We were visiting family all day and just using it to sleep and shower. It served that purpose. It matched expectations for its price point.

Every time I’ve stayed at this property the hot tub is out of order. This is very inconvenient since it’s one of the reasons I choose a property. I feel this should be added to the site.

The room was very clean and quiet .The bed and pillow was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Everything is fine. Nothing to complain.

Extremely clean and quiet. I checked in at 1:30 and the front desk person was not friendly or welcoming at all. I had the same experience with her on my previous visit. A smile or greeting would go a long way.

Good location and nice price

The stay started off on the wrong foot because I had forgotten my wallet and the receptionist was adamant that I could not check in with out my ID. Luckily my wife was able to use her ID and check in with a new reservation. Plus I am wheelchair bound so we asked for a handicap room which she immediately fulfilled my request. After a good nights sleep I realized that the receptionist was 100% correct in denying me a room and I apologized to her for my behavior the previous day. Our stay was perfect and most comfortable and I would book here again.

Never cleaned room during our 3 night stay, despite signing up for housekeeping for one of the nights. Also, door doesn’t latch so had to make sure to pull hard to ensure room locks when exiting.

Room, public areas and breakfast area were clean. Window in the room had a "clouded" look (from age of property?) We were not asked if we wanted towels refreshed during 3 night stay. There was no posting of the property's eco policy. Breakfast selection was very complete with yogurt, choice of cold cereal, oatmeal, eggs, waffle maker, juice and toast.

It looks like they spiffed up the place since last year. Everything was spotless and the front desk people were very nice.

I had booked a room online and decided to pay when I reach. I reach at 1:00 am. I present my ID and card. My cc has maiden name and the front desk guy Adel didn't accept. He said prove me so I showed him the petition to change the name which was granted by the US govt, he didn't accept that either. I was without a room at 2:00am. This dude is okay for me to be on the street but couldn't be logical and acted dumb. Wouldn't be surprised if he was a racist old person. He asked me to cancel the reservation and find another hotel at 2:00 am. He didn't even bring the manager to speak. Ridiculous and low level staff and place. I got a place next door with the same documents. This place sucks and will never ever book comfort Inn ... it's more like discomfort.

It is a third hotel that I stayed in Ann Arbor in the past 3 moths and I liked the most.

The afternoon/evening front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. This is the cleanest hotel and pool I have ever been in. I always find dust, lint, or hair even in the nicest hotels. I couldn't find a speck or crumb anywhere, even in the halls and elevator. It was spotless and the pool was crystal clear and immaculate. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. My only issue was with the extremely firm bed. It was much too firm for me. I will absolutely stay in this hotel again, despite my restless sleep.

I inderstand this is college town and some things are out of the control of others. My assigned room had no hot water. I found this out while trying to shower. I attempted to call the feont deak and got no answer. I then went to the front desk where another staff member came to check it and i was moved rooms. Room two shower had mold in the shower unit caulking. I understand this can happen but it should be maintained better by a hotel. The college aged man at the front desk didnt seem to want to be bothered. He had his ear buds and I had to repeat myself after walking to the front desk to complain. The beds were comfortable but for the rates being charged and as many issues it wouldve been njce to have been compensated something back. We did stay because nothing else was available. But partial compensation woudve been appropriate. Next visit I will stay next door at the Hyatt.

I thought it was a very good room, and the breakfast was decent. I would stay there again. The price was good too.

The hotel was very accomodating to needs of a patient from UofM hospital after surgery.

All I was concerned about was checking out by 11, missing that and getting charged, and my son is at Mott hospital PICU, now, and the lady at the counter moved my checkout to 12, that made my night, and gave me a little less to be concerned with

Great hotel overall. Looked questionable from the outside, but inside was spotless and relatively modernized. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was very nice.
