Completely remodeled room. Very comfortable bed.

Enjoyed the room, but they were doing some construction on other side of building until 8pm. Otherwise everything was okay.

Nice room and nice people. The check in was great, and everything about the room was ideal. I slept like a log. There's a transport parking lot next door, but I didn't hear any noise at all. I would stay there again for sure

The room was very nice and clean. The man at the front desk was very nice.

Very good facility, room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was shower tub was real slippery and I fell. Didn’t stop me from reserving a room again in May.

We checked in around 9 pm. The lobby was nice. Well lit. Nicely decorated. The guy checking us in wasn’t very talkative but oh well. The room was clean and it did not smell like cigarette smoke at all which was a nice surprise. All the outlets worked. The shower was clean and had good pressure. The tv worked. The room was a King bed and came with a mini fridge and a microwave. All in all, very nice. We’d definitely stay here again.

OUTSTANDING!!! All other Motels should take a look at how a Motel should be!! Clean, comfortable mattress, shower, towels, TV, Coffee maker, lighting, outlets, appliances, price and of course, the Staff. Only place I have ever given 5 Stars. They deserve it. Thank you

Amazing stay. Five-star luxury quality at a budget price. I arrived late and the cheery and helpful couple at the desk gave me a room on the back of the property. The room was ginormous with a big leather easy chair and dining table. Totally unexpected. Comfortable bed with fresh crisp linens. Every amenity imaginable in the huge bathroom. Speakling clean. Parked right at my door. Free gourmet breakfast and a restaurant right next door. Easy access to the freeway, Medford and Ashland. Free Tesla charger on property. Don't spend more, stay here instead.

The room was very clean. The tub/shower plug was broken but that was the only issue with the room. It took ten minutes for someone to come in the lobby to check us in. There was no information on when the breakfast would be available. The first morning the room was locked, the second morning there was one donut on a napkin, a burnt piece of toast and froot loops. That is not a "deluxe " continental breakfast. It looked like someones leftovers. If the staff isn't going to set it up than it shouldn't be listed as a offering of the hotel.

The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked but was kind of noisy. Unfortunately, the breakfast room was closed for remodeling.
I did not use the pool which is outside. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi service was slow. Forget about streaming anything.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in took 10 minutes even though I was the only one there, and the internet is very slow...otherwise a nice fairly modern property. My GPS also found this property a little difficult to find...guess I need it updated.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned about potential traffic noise from I-5 but it was not a problem. Happy to have discovered this property!

The woman at check in was stoic... almost like a cartoon. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. We had trouble with the electrical outlets not working, the coffee maker didn't work, the bed was ok but the sheets were like sand paper. The price was lower than surrounding hotels but we would not stay there again.

Room smelled great, everything was clean. Only complaint is sink stopper didn’t work and TV didn’t work. Other than that a good night’s stay.

Very friendly and informative check in. Room was spotless and beds very comfortable. Place is convenient to airport and downtown Medford. A great place to stay.

The room is huge and is very well thought out and furnished. The bed was quite comfortable, the tv was good size, the refrigerator was great and there was tons of surface space including a nice size table. There was even a closet. Everything appeared to be quite new. The only downside was alot of unwelcoming signs with rules at the welcome window. I'm sure those were based on experiences the staff have had.

The property is right next to Petro TA wish is a big plus if you are a trucker. Also right off the I5. The furniture in the rooms are outdated but at least there are clean wish a huge plus. And the staff is really nice and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you.

It was very convenient as it was right off the highway, however, this led to a lot of noise. Breakfast was almost non-existent. But there is diner down the road that serves delicious food.

The place is a quiet place that still has your room done daily. Has a outdoor pool and hot tub.

There was a small issue at check in. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds but they had me down for 1 king bed. And if I wanted 2 queen beds it would cost extra. I told the manager I had reserved 2 queen and showed him the Expedia receipt. He got annoyed but finally give me the room with 2 queens. He waved the extra cost.

#1 the sign says mask must be worn. I am OK with that, but the guy at the desk was not. He did not have a mask on.
#2 I do not like having my drivers license scanned. If I had been aware of this I would have stayed elsewhere. "valid drivers license required" I have stayed in many hotels and only once before did they do this. About 3 years ago in Olympia WA. They offered not to if I objected. This place grabbed it and did id before I realzed what was going on.
