Stay at Zephyrhills Quality inn had a wonderful kind woman at the desk! At sarasota was a kiosk that if i ever walk into a hotel again and see i will turn around and walk right back out! What a pain it was!!

This hotel is worn out and filthy. Toilet was loose from the floor, live bug in the room, nasty floors. You have to take your linens to the desk daily for fresh and they only clean every four days.

I want to share my recent experience at the Quality Inn Zephyrhills.. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong smell of fresh paint in the room, which was problematic for me and my companion as we are allergic to strong odors. We requested to change rooms, but the receptionist was rude and informed us that there were no alternative rooms available. This lack of willingness and consideration for our needs forced us to seek alternative accommodation for the night. Additionally, we were surprised to see that the receptionist had two pitbull dogs at the front desk, which may be unsettling for some guests. Adding to the disappointment, the bathroom in the room was dirty. Most surprisingly, despite not staying at the hotel for any night due to the inconveniences presented, we were still charged for the night without consideration for our concerns. There was no consideration from the hotel staff regarding our issues. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Disappointed for the high price Our feet were black from the filthy carpet in the room. The breakfast was only carbs. Some yogurt (no eggs, total continental). The room needs a deep clean. No need to go back. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly

Two star hotel in need of renovation and upgrades.
At a minimum it is in need of deep cleaning. There is too much notable old dust present on too many surfaces to be an oversight. Room carpet needs a good shampoo and steam cleaning.
Breakfast is coffee, simple cereals, waffles and fruit. The area was pretty safe. The internet connection is excellent and TV channel choices were plenty.
My threshold of satisfaction is fairly low so I would have no problem staying there again.

Sherry the receptionist was very nice and considerate. I almost hugged her to say thank you. Only wasn’t sure if that’s acceptable in business world. She’s so welcoming. Tell I appreciate her. I will come again.

Affordable older hotel that's being updated. We had a very good stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean and had new vinyl flooring. Breakfast was included (waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice and coffee.) Location is convienent.

Well I was there five days and had to request a change of linens and towels just general brushing up of the room. But was very glad when I returned to my temporary home all was in order 😉Many thanks to the housekeeper for coming thru 😊

The room was dirty and the hotel has bugs (roaches, fleas). I literally had to clean the bathroom because it had urine on the seat. The breakfast juice was spoiled. I brought this to staff attention and they shrugged, basically. I will never return

The pullout bed was filthy. It had dirt and stains on the sheets when we opened it. The beds were tiny. I hate the tiny pillows. The toilet ran half the night. At around 6am it sounded like someone was coming through the ceiling. They are renovating but it was a bit much. Breakfast was waffles and cereal. That’s it. If you didn’t want waffles you were just out of luck. It just felt like a cheap hotel. The AC took forever to cool down. It was set at 74 when we got in the room. Just not a pleasant stay. Thankful it was just one night. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Generally we were comfortable. New furniture but there was some disrepair in the room. Hallway carpet was dirty. Breakfast was the most sparse I have ever seen.

This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in a king size room and the room was very clean and smelled really nice when we entered. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only strange thing we encountered is that they allow homeless people to rent out rooms here and you could see them coming and going with their bikes from the rooms and hanging around outside Never had any problems with them just was something that threw us off guard while staying there. Probably will not stay here again only bc of that reason. Besides that the hotel is very clean and very quiet and the bed was super comfortable.

The staff work really hard to keep the building clean as the remodeling is happening! They are very polite and helpful because we had issues getting into our room several times because the key kept getting unprogrammed to the room

beds are hard construction inside very dirty. the breakfast was bad only waffles and package little donuts like the at a gas station. coffee only from 4am till 9am. would not stay there ever again too expensive for being nasty.

The beds were comfortable, and the service was accommodating. However, the 8-plus rating is completely inaccurate. I didn't get my money's worth for the room thatI paid around $150 plus pet fee (!). And what was that pet fee for? Beats me. The housekeeper mopped the inferior pet-friendly room with awful-smelling, cheap lavender Fabuloso or some other equivalent, which mixed with the odor of dog urine in a godawful way and didn't remove it. (You need to purchase a cleaner with enzymes such as Nature's Miracle to remove the odor). You could see the streaks all over the floor, not properly rinsed at all, and the floorboards and hall carpet outside our room were filthy.

I was really turned off by the smell of the cleaner the staff was using, Fabuloso. It permeated everything! When we got home, had to wash all my clothes twice to get the smell out, and my CPAP machine still hasn't fully given up the smell in the mechanism after a week. Seriously?
