Staff was awesome! Room was clean, place is super close to shops and places to eat. Airport shuttle was super easy and the driver was the kindest!
The pool sucks though! It looks like a fountain that had fish in it and they decided to turn it into a pool. Can’t call that a pool. But the jacuzzi looked fine.

Something very eerie and off about this hotel. Call it a coincidence or paranoia but I am very well traveled and this is a first for me. The hotel is dark. Literally. The halls are a grey dark tone with grey carpeting that is old. Food service is mediocre and there is not much in the area. You definitely do not want to walk around and explore for safety reasons.
Here is where things got eerie. On our floor, at the end of the hall, there was a room with the door left wide open with the lights and TV on. The door was left open all day as we were in and out of our room. The hotel experienced a black out. We had no power in our room and the hallway lights were off and emergency lighting was on. However, the phones were still working so I called down to the concierge and the guy said that it happens occasionally. While we were waiting for the power to come on in our room, we heard a noise coming from the hallway. We went into the hallway thinking it was our neighbours etc. but the noise was coming from the room with the door open. The door was still open and the lights and TV were still on!!!!
Shortly after the power came on, we decided to bounce and head to the airport early. Again, maybe I'm tripping but something was very off about this hotel from beginning to end.

I would not recommend this hotel to foreigners. The service is poor from when trying to use the free shuttle bus service. To the poor receptionist service at the front desk. The hotel is dirty from the carpets to the curtains. The bed sheets even had stains. There was only a quarter of paper left on the toilet roll. This hotel is not fit for anyone to use. The hotel is poorly managed.

Everything was ok until the time to take the bus to the airport. 28 floors and only 12 people every hour to the airport. When talked with reception they said the bus was broken but nobody informed that and left a lot people try calling taxi or Uber.

Hot shower did not work, phones did not work to call the desk, staff unlocked my door at 1am and disturbed my sleep.

Good location, great people, very convenient with a restaurant on site. The breakfast is also great. The rooms need a little freshen up, and sometimes the bathroom needed a little more cleaning. Overall a pleasant stay.

It was an Ok experience!
My bedroom didn't had toilet paper and I had to go down to the reception to ask for some because when I called nobody answered and after letting them know, it took them almost an hour to bring some to my bedroom!

This is a very good hotel, with nice and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good internet and very good breakfast. I would suggest to add English, Spanish and French TV channels in their rooms, for they only have just a few Portuguese ones.

Employees very helpful, in restaurant i asked for a plate and hot water and they provided. There is a shuttle to Intl Airport but did not use the service. Spacious room. Good breakfast
Only two towels available and no bath mat. Real price for park n lot not displaced, it was more expensive.

O motorista da van do hotel é extremamente imprudente ao volante, saiu do aeroporto arrancando a van como se estivesse transportando porcos, corre demasiadamente oque ó obriga a frear bruscamente também constantemente. Passada a aventura da van, ao chegar no hotel havia uma enorme quantidade de clientes que haviam feito reservas para cama de casal e que estavam sendo acomodados em camas de solteiro em plena noite de dia dos namorados, oque estava gerando grande aglomeração de pessoas insatisfeitas na recepção.

The property feels a bit old and tired. It’s okay for the price but you will feel you entered a hotel in the 80s/90s. It’s comfortable enough and does the job for a bed to sleep near the airport. The shuttle service is good, but beware it doesn’t operate at 12pm I had to order an Uber!

O quarto é bem espaçoso e o café da manhã estava muito bom, principalmente devido a pandemia, eles adotaram várias medidas para garantir a segurança, como separar os alimentos em pratinhos individuais cobertos por plástico. O serviço de limpeza e manutenção precisam melhorar, o banheiro precisa de alguns reparos como o botão da descarga que precisa ser limpo ou trocado.
